Highly recommend the Level junior suite, which feels more like a real suite than a junior one. Excellent views, two restrooms, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, very clean spaces, and access to the Level lounge make for an excellent experience. Level team members are also very professional, welcoming, and fun to talk with. Free parking on the street right in front of the hotel was an added bonus. While it’s not central to the touristy parts of town, it’s in a very convenient location just steps from a large stadium and within jogging distance to a massive central park. This is definitely a hotel I would stay at again on my next trip to Valencia.

Above and beyond. Please note... there are two Meliás in Valencia so be aware! The room was spectacular with access to a special lounge floor. Bed was very comfortable and room was immaculate. Breakfast in the resturant was delicious and hosted to perfection. Definately recommend.

Great room, but the service and checking the worst experience I have had for years. The receptionist wanted my kids og 8 and 10 years to sign the contract for the room and we waited 30 minutes from arrival to checkin. The hotel seems premium but the service is 1 star worthy.

The hotel is very large, and the lobby is beautiful. It's also close to the highway, which makes getting around very convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at Meliá Valencia as part of my European birthday trip. While my room wasn’t upgraded, I was greeted with a special birthday surprise 🥹 champagne, flowers, chocolate, and a printed birthday card, which made the arrival truly memorable. These thoughtful touches showed that the staff genuinely cared about making my celebration special. 🙏♥️

However, I did find the room quite dated, and it’s an aspect worth mentioning for future guests. Despite this, everything was clean and well maintained, and the service from all staff was outstanding - friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. The hotel’s location was perfect for sightseeing and using public transport.

1. Location: The hotel is right off the highway exit, making it very convenient for self-driving.
2. The hotel lobby is quite grand and nice, but the rooms are just average. They lack ventilation and have a bit of a strong odor.

An absolutely excellent hotel! The lobby is super stylish, and the rooms are really nice too. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with both a bathtub and a shower, and the views are great. They often host wedding ceremonies here, and the decor is very tastefully done.

We were disappointed with the room because when we booked online, all the pictures were of one of their renovated rooms, but we actually got one that hasn’t been renovated. It was stuffy and just didn’t smell good- not sure if there was a problem with the air conditioning, or if there was just a stink in the carpet or what, but it was pretty gross. The shower door also didn’t close all the way, and every time we showered, we soaked the bathroom floor. So the whole room just felt stinky and damp.
It appears to be a very popular hotel for business conferences- when we checked in, there was a conference also checking in, and there were probably 200 people in the lobby. So it always felt crowded- the lifts were almost always slow and crowded (I think there are only 3 for the entire hotel), and they also only had 1 working treadmill and 1 elliptical for the entire gym.
It’s close to some really delicious restaurants, but far from the town center, so we used taxis to get into town rather than trying to deal with parking. Which really wasn’t that big of a deal- we never had trouble getting them, and it was only 10-15 minutes each way. The view from the room was pretty cool, and it was nice to have the extra powder room and separate living area. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and service was great. So it wasn’t all terrible. But we specifically booked this hotel because we thought the room was going to be really nice and comfortable, and it definitely wasn’t.
