Lovely place to stay. Although my specific room had no windows, it was wonderful. Amazing air con, lovely bed complete with excellent mosquito net and warm shower. Superb communal balcony areas to sit and watch the world go by. Would highly recommend

Very clean, a lot space in the room, superfast wifi, located in the center, supermarket across the road, beach in 5minutes and they also have nice restaurant with tasty and not expensive. The only issue is, that it is near the main road so could be noisy during the day. But place and the owner are really great - so highly recommended

Lovely guest house! The room was perfect and had lots of space and good air conditioning. 2 very large double beds for 2 people was a luxury! Location very close to the beach - within 5 mins. The family were so welcoming and made us a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. We used their taxi service to drive to Ella also. Would 100% recommend!

We had a great stay at sea breeze. The team is so welcoming, kind and very attentive. There is everything to have a good time: swimming pool, air conditioning, right next to the beach and surf spots. This place is set conveniently a very short 2 minutes walk to the beach and main street where you can find restaurants and shops but without the noise. It is clean with a hot shower, a poster bed with mosquito net and a brand new quiet air-conditioning unit. There is a communal kitchen with cooking facilities, a kettle and big fridge. I've had a very pleasant stay here and the friendly and honest owner...

The owners are super friendly...we stayed 1 month as we are working nearby...They offered to use their kitchen if needed, which we did. Overall very nice even if not very private for long-term living...for holiday, super nice, go for it!

Excellent clean rooms. On the floor there is a kitchen with all necessary utensils. Very quiet and cozy place not far from the center of Mirisa. Friendly hosts who are ready to help.

Really nice family hosts, very helpful. Close to beach, yet quet. Access to fridge, kitchen and dining area. Host helped with taxi booking, scooter renting, traditional breakfast on ocasion. We actualy changed our plans and came back after a few days because we liked it so much. Fresh coconuts nearby ❤️.

Overall, the accommodation was ok. The location is not very central, but the rooms are spacious—though they offer very little storage space. We really enjoyed the balcony and the garden. The breakfast was okay, but unfortunately they only offered instant coffee. What was also inconvenient is that the bathroom could only be locked from the outside.
