Amaloh Boutique Resorts in Matara

We had a deeply frustrating experience at this venue. We had arranged a photoshoot, but upon arrival, we found the location cluttered with tables set up for a wedding event—something we were never informed about. When we requested to have the tables moved, the staff rudely insisted that it was our problem to deal with. The manager was shockingly unprofessional, berating us for even asking. They outright told us that the event taking place was more important than our photoshoot and suggested we find another location, causing us to lose over 30 precious minutes. Pressed for time, we had no option but to continue the shoot under their unreasonable conditions. The staff continued to be aggressive, and when I mentioned writing a negative review, they couldn’t have cared less, dismissively telling us to do whatever we wanted. If you're considering this place, think twice. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and outright rude behavior can easily derail your plans.

Avoid this place at all costs. They have absolutely no respect for other people's privacy and the right to sleep and take rest at night. They play very loud club music till beyond midnight. It's disgusting. Don't support this kind of business.
