Comfortable room and nice little pool. Unfortunately too many flies to fully enjoy communal areas although cant always be helped

Good quiet location, with decent facilities. A short tuk tuk ride from Weligama and Mirissa, you can also walk 15/20 minutes along the beach into Weligama for beach bars and restaurants. Clean rooms and helpful staff, the air conditioning wasn’t the best with it at times not going colder when using the remote.

Beautiful hotel, really nice staff. Always ready to help! The location is perfect for families. Not crowded at all, the kids could easily gonto the beach alone and still been watched by us from the pool area.

This is an amazing hotel clean friendly relaxed atmosphere a pool to use as you wish very clean big great rooms with all mod cons I always use this hotel when I come to Srilanka and I highly recommend staying here as it’s good value for money you can get food too and easy parking

Very nice atmosphere and perfect service. Front beach line and comfy swimming pool. Waligame is quite crowded, Twenty Two is on side.

Fantastic hotel. We took Ocean suit which has 3 separate bedrooms and a huge living room as common space for 7 people. It has a huge terace and one of the best views on Welligama Bay. Just in front a great place to learn surfing with a lot of schools and long nice waves and shellów water. Good for any Agę and Level, also for small kids. Great food in the hotel and near in many restaurants. Both us, our friends and out teenagers were super happy in this place. We have already visited twice this place learning surfing at the same time and would always get back. Easy contact and reservation can be made via hotel whatsapp also . Helpful people, super clean . Fun surfing. Happy.incredible sunsets. Turtle beach near also and Whale and Sokolina watching , Safari. Relaxing atmosphere.

Slow service, the A/C broke three times during our stay, there were trash in the bin from previous guests. Get rooms in the restaurant building..
