The room was okay and clean. The service was good and staff were friendly. Price is acceptable and the food was in an average. This hotel has a nice view next to a waterfall.

Our stay was awesome with fantastic scenic view. Also the lawn is good and neatly maintained to chill out in the evenings. The service was great. They serve hot water with food to beat that temperature.

The sheets of the beds were dirty and there were no hot water in the shower (even though we were the only guests). The view from our window was nice and the food was okay.

Nice place. You can see the full view of the town. Parking facilities and washrooms are available. Good customer service. Helpful person.

The view is great but the room prices are a little bit high but the rooms are decorated to deason manner. You can see the whole nuwaraeliya town from here. They have only 16 rooms so you should be hurry because the seasonal times they are full

Really enjoying our stay here despite the uphill walk. (Tuk tuk will also bring you up but walking is better as you see much more and can chat with the locals) The staff here are all so welcoming and friendly. Tasty food too!They even prepared our breakfast packet early in the morning as we headed off on our hike to Worlds End.

Breakfast was a utter joke. A couple of eggs one soggy sausage cold bread, lump of butter and jam !Yet they call it english breakfast. Im sure it didnt cost them rs100 while they added rs 4000 to my final bill. Hot water was a rare commodity!Needs a bigtime facelift! would not book again.Do not fall for their rating im sure its rigged!
