Beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff. The room was very nice and loved the swimming pool, which had a resort type feel. The food was good and overall we had a really great experience and recommend it to stay at.

The sanitation is poor. The bedside cabinets are covered with dust. The quilts and pillows look old and dirty. Fortunately, I brought disposable pillowcases. This is the worst of our entire trip. The chicken and shrimp for dinner were so old that I couldn't bite them.

The room facilities are old and the hygiene is poor. The bedside table is covered with dust. The sheets and pillows look unhygienic. Fortunately, we brought disposable pillowcases. This is the worst hygiene condition we have stayed in Sri Lanka this time.

The room is leaking and peeling, just like a domestic guesthouse. The swimming pool is full of bugs. The only good thing is that the restaurant is ok. There is not even a quilt. You can only cover yourself with a sheet when you sleep at night.

Not far from Yala Park, near Lake Tisser, the scenery is beautiful. The hotel is cost-effective, the dinner is rich, and they will pack breakfast for you if you get up early to go on safari.

This hotel is really amazing. I enjoyed every single service they provide. The room is huge and clean. They have beautiful swimming pool. The price really affordable and it’s include either lunch or dinner.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. SriLankan people just lovely.
The thing they could improve is the WIFI 😭 it’s super super slow.

Is there a power outage? The hair dryer is broken. The front desk said they would send it to me, but it didn't show up. The hotel includes dinner, but it doesn't start until 7:30. You can't sit in the restaurant even five minutes earlier.

Very close to Lake Tisser, the room is about 30 square meters, consistent with the pictures, a wildlife hotel, don't have too high expectations for furniture and facilities, there are some small creatures in it, it's normal, it's acceptable. When checking in, someone helped to carry the luggage to the room. The dinner was very rich, and the meal was included in the room booking. It was better than what we had eaten in the restaurant a few days ago, and the price-performance ratio was very high. The service during the meal was also good. Because we had to get up early to go to Yala Park the next day, the hotel packed a very rich breakfast.
