They didn't know that we booked. The whole hotel was empty but the room they gave us was the worst place you can imagine.
When you sat down in the bed, it sounded like it will brake soon...so no moving during sleep allowed. There was just a small blanket, not big enough for one person for two persons. The room was full of Moskitos and so my wife couldn't get any sleep.
Showering not possible. The water stank and was 50 degrees. The cooler stank as well. All our food we put inside smelled bad after taking it back.
There was no window.
Thankfully we made a safari tour early in the morning so we didn't have to try the breakfast.
The receptionist couldn't speak and understand English.
