We have included breakfast for the stay. Yet we booked the yala safari tour the next day which we have to leave the hotel at 5am. The manager is so nice and helpful that he allows us either to takeaway our breakfast or have it after we back. The location is great, around half an hour to yala safari national park.

I would like to express my concern regarding the behaviour and the type of room provided by Golden Wild Yala.

I had specifically booked a Triple Room with an extra bed, and after making the reservation, I reconfirmed the details with Mr. ***** via chat and on a call made to ***************. The chat confirmation is attached for reference.

However, upon arrival, my guests were given an incorrect room. Despite informing him that I had all the evidence, including video proof, they were provided with one of the worst rooms at the property — a Double Room with only two beds pushed together, and no extra bed, which is completely against the booking requirement. I also requested him to check Room Number 7, but he refused, stating he was out and could not do anything. I personally called and explained everything again, and it had already been reconfirmed earlier as well.
Due to this unacceptable experience, my guest is requesting compensation. Otherwise, he will be compelled to post about this behaviour and experience publicly across platforms and may also consider taking legal action

Yala Golden Wild, a pleasant house with beautiful pool, ever ready to help staff.

Rooms are spacious and clean, beds comfy, shower water a good pressure.

Breakfast was delicious.

We stayed 2 nights and will recommend those who are doing Yala National Park Safari to choose starting there.

The overall feel was like a guesthouse, but the breakfast was quite plentiful.

The hotel is clean and hygienic.
The hotel owners are a couple, and they are very friendly.
Since I have to go to Yala National Park Safari in the morning, they let me have breakfast after I come back, which is very considerate.
The hotel is not too far from the city center. You can walk back to the hotel in 45 minutes and enjoy the scenery along the way.
The street snacks are also delicious.

The room was large and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and they packed breakfast for us early in the morning. The hotel is in a great location, right by the lake and close to Yala National Park.

The boss and his wife are very friendly. They packed my breakfast for me on time when I went to Safari in the morning. The room was clean and tidy. I bought shrimps at the store and they also processed them for me. It is close to the lake. The yard is beautiful

We stayed here for 2 nights, it was a slightly older property but the owner and family were so helpful and lovely. The pool was great and the Yala national park was fun
