The rooms were ok, quite dated and ours smelt quite badly. The air con was good and it had a mosquito net. The staff were really friendly although there was about 7 lads on shift at once! The pool area was great, options for shade and good sun loungers. We thought the food wasn’t great, especially the chicken burger. Overall the stay was ok for the incredible safari that we did.

This place was good value vs offering for 1 night stay. We checked-in late evening and checked out the next morning after Safari. The front desk staff were very sweet and they provided us packed breakfast which came very helpful for our safari the next morning which had bread butter, banana, pineapple and a cake. The rooms were big and clean overall. Due to vicinity to jungle area there were a lot of mosquitoes and bugs in the property. The beds had mosquito nets provided but sitting outside was very difficult. The common areas could be maintained better and cleaner.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night whilst driving through Sri Lanka. It was my Husbands birthday which I let them know before hand and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. The room was clean and pleasant and the pool is lovely. Breakfast of fresh fruit, eggs as you like them and toast was very good. Secure parking for the tuktuk and good air conditioning. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. It’s a very peaceful and quiet place, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The hotel has a beautiful garden area and an amazing swimming pool, perfect for reading or simply enjoying the calm atmosphere.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy, and we slept extremely well.
On top of that, we had the best kottu we’ve tried so far in Sri Lanka here, which made the stay even better.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We had booked Tissa Wild Heaven for a group of 8. The rooms were excellent and well maintained. The manager Sean was super friendly and easy to contact. He made sure we had everything we needed and even accommodated our last min requests. The stay has a nice pool with beds on the side to relax. We didn't use it however it was very clean. Would definitely recommend! 😊

Very isolated but lovely location. Perfect for gong on safaris in Yala. Very suitable rooms though basic with noisy air-conditioning. Great pool. Very accommodating though only basic meals. Very pleasant staff. Overall it is good value.

The food was amazing best I’ve tasted in Sri Lanka so far, the owner offered our party if 14 a big feed buffet based, the food was tasty and fresh, customer service was great too - oh and the pool was lovely and refreshing after a hard day on safari, would definitely visit again

Great little stay. Spacious room. Very kind staff/owners that kindly prepared good for us on Christmas Day. The food was plentiful, tasty, generous and reasonable cost. The breakfast was fresh, timely and also plentiful consisting of fruit, eggs (how you wish), toast, butter marmalade and coffee. Didn't use the pool as we only stayed for a night, although it looked lovely. Thank you for your hospitality we enjoyed our stay and the cosy was applicable to the service. 🙏🙏🌟🎄🎁

This was a small hotel with rooms set around a delightful pool. Located just outside of town and in a rural setting. We enjoyed the hospitality and the quiet. 10 mins tuk tuk into town. We only had a simple breakfast there so can’t comment on the menu beyond the fruit being delicious.

Rooms were clean and beautiful. Owner was friendly and helpful. I recommend checking this hotel out. It was amazing swimming in the pool during the evening with a beer on the side, while having food made by the owner himself.
