I had a wonderful stay at Cassandra Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a large bed that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus in the Sri Lankan heat. One of the highlights was the beautiful views—you really get to enjoy the scenery around Kandy from the property. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day. What truly made the stay special was the friendly and welcoming staff. They were always helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kandy!

The stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and very professional. The check-in process was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The hotel facilities were also impressive, especially the pool and the dining area. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cassendra Hotel. Very clean a lovely welcoming staff. Special thanks to the head chef and Isuru who took great care of me in the restaurant.
