Vegetarian food is horrible, very limited choice and tasteless,even they served spoiled milk they changed

Useless and parhetic service... The a/c was dripping of water and the comforters were wet and asked for other comforters but no one came and the room was just useless... The mini fridge was leaking and the floor was wet...

Royyal Kandayan gaves us a royal welcome. Good rooms and good food. Hospitality is wonderful and really enjoyed the stay here

I had a great experience at the Royal Kandyan Hotel in kandy. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and provided fast, efficient service throughout our family stay. The location is ideal—just a short drive to Kandy city with easy access and convenient parking. Highly recommended for anyone stay your holiday.
