Just spent 3 days with my partner in this beautiful hotel in the mountain! We were very impressed with the hotel and its facilities! Super nice & clean rooms with a very comfortable bed and duvet! We had the half-board and it was super delicious food! And to not forget - the staff in the restaurant were all incredibly service-minded and kind! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! Cannot recommend enough and we will surely be back!

The rumour says that twice a year some careless tourists from Cervinia miss the last ride back from Zermatt to Italy……in March 2026 we were those guys….after finding out we had to spend the night in Furi, we were lost but were so kindly welcomed by the whole Team of this family run hotel. They made us feel at home, we had the most amazing and unexpected evening. The chalet was beautifully furnished and very confortable and the pool and spa were a true confort. And if this was not enough the crew was so much fun, professional, considered it made our stay even more special. This is my second winter holiday at Silvana. It’s an absolutely idyllic location for slope and snow lovers. All the staff are super friendly and treated us like family. This is our home away from home. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, super clean and beds are super comfy. The service is outstanding in every sense and we absolutely loved the spa and sauna facilities as well as the massages. Food was super delicious and we really didn’t feel we needed to be elsewhere for dinners. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel for your next dream holiday. So sad to leave.

We stayed here for the sixth year in a row, and we hope many years will follow. For us, it's the perfect hotel, even in a very charming place like Zermatt that has many options. - location, location, location. You can see the slope from your bed. truly ski-in, ski-out, and convenient to ski to Italy/Cervina, as well as the Zermatt/Sunnega area - the rooms are extremely cosy (warm wood) and comfortable (the chromecast tv is a new nice feature), beds are good, good room service, very clean - good ski room, boot dryers etc - the wellness area is very clean, compact, well organized, varied (sauna, steam, underground pool, bubble baths in the pool, chill area, showers, towels, bathrobes etc) - the breakfast is good (bread, pastries, eggs, fruit, cereal, meats, cheese, sweets, yoghurt, prosecco etc) - family owned, very friendly staff, good communication, ...

This hotel is simply excellent. The owner and all staff are very very kind. The hotel building is authentic Swiss chalet style. We found it breathtaking. The spa is great. Heated pool, two saunas with different temperature levels, the steam bath, rest areas, so clean. The room was incredibly charming and clean. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. Great dinner in a great environment. Very very elegant. We have decided to spend a night or two at this hotel every year.

Simply perfect!!! The hotel is in a beautiful position away from the busy atmosphere of the village with the most wonderful views down the Matterdal valley. The hotel has so many thoughtful touches to its design & what’s a bailable for the guests. Our balcony, mountain view room with a bath was wonderfully relaxing. The spa area wonderful, the different areas to sit inside & out wonderful, the food wonderful & the staff so helpful & friendly. REALLY good to return!

It is one of the best ski resort hotels I have stayed in. Family run feel but modern with class in keeping with the Swiss feel. Superb pool and spa. The food is excellent. Super friendly and attentive staff. The location is amazing, but expect a hike to get there and back as the hotel is in a car free area.
