Small cozy hotel with a Spa centre and a restaurant located within walking distance from the Zermatt train station, ski lift Zermatt-Furi and Matterhorn glacier Paradise. It offers individually decorated rooms, most of which have a balcony with views of the Matterhorn. Good place for a comfortable ski holiday.

Absolutely amazing experience! We came here the second year and already pre-reserved for the next winter season. The hotel is absolutely spectacular. The location is perfect, the rooms are very comfortable, the spa is well-equipped, the breakfast has absolutely everything, and the shuttle service is punctual. The only drawback is that the concierge doesn't handle restaurant reservations.

Our stay at the Europe Hotel was perfect! My daughter and I were here to ski for the first time and we loved everything about this hotel. The room was beautiful, cozy and modern with a great view from the balcony. The spa every night was the perfect end to a day of skiing and each and every staff member was warm, friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!

A fantastic hotel with wonderful staff, food and amenities. We were beautifully taken care of. High standards of room, great wellness area. Food was out of this world. The chef catered for my dietary requirements to such a high level it amazed me. I was told 'this is what we do here' if only other hospitality providers could view clients in the same way. Not all hotels are equal, this one is special

I stayed at the Design Matterhorn room for four nights with half board package. It was the best experience during my trip to Switzerland. The room was spacious with spectacular view. It had separate shower and bathtub, quite unusual in Switzerland hotels. The hotel offered rich buffet breakfast and different dinner dishes everyday. That was considerate for people who stayed longer. The members at the front desk and the restaurants were very kind. I will definitely choose this hotel next time in Zermatt.

Our stay at Europe Hotel & Spa was truly memorable. The room was cozy, beautifully designed, and offered stunning mountain views. I especially loved the breakfast spread — fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to the day. The location is ideal too: close to the town center yet wonderfully peaceful. What stood out most was the warm hospitality and attention to detail. From housekeeping to the front desk team, and even the staff who picked us up from the train station — everything was handled with such care and friendliness. The service, hygiene, and overall atmosphere made us feel completely at home. If we return to Zermatt, Europe Hotel & Spa will definitely be our first choice again!

This was our final stay in Switzerland, absolutely lovely! The view from our room was an unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. The food was very good as well as the service, Linda was great! The front desk staff were very accommodating when we arrived a little early, this was greatly appreciated. The location of Europe Hotel was really nice for the hiking we were doing. Zermatt was really busy and we felt just far enough away from that at Europe Hotel.
