A great apartment hotel, located very close to the old town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with an elevator and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient to buy groceries and cook.

The room is in a great location, within walking distance of the old town, the flower clock, and the fountain. The room was a good size for four people, the bedding was clean, and the bathroom was also clean.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and central area, very close to Cornavin train station, which makes traveling to and from the airport very easy (8-minute journey). The staff are very friendly. I should note that they didn't reply to some of the emails I sent.

The first room they gave me was so small that I could not fit my luggage in. They changed for a bigger one, but they charged me 25 Euros to do it. Dissapointed.

It's well located for exploring Geneva. The Wi-Fi connection is very poor. Otherwise, it's good value for money.

This night was extremely unsatisfactory. I had traded for a much more expensive room, but to my surprise, I didn't sleep well. Compared to the previous night, I was only given one pillow, and the bedding was thick and hot, with a heavy quilt. It was so hot that I couldn't sleep.

Very well located hotel. The facilities are no longer brand new, but nevertheless clean and functional. The room was a reasonable size, not huge but big enough for a two-day stay. The staff is polite and attentive. Nothing to complain about, except that it's a little hot.

Very close to the center of town at a reasonable price. Room was clean and had good provisions. But only one espresso and one cappuccino cup not good if you have 2 people. Cappuccino machine and fridge were great. Maybe a kettle for tea and some more cups and glasses would be good.

I stayed for one night. The hotel is well located next to the Geneva Airport / Train station. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The relation between price and quality is correct.

I stayed there 3 nights. I liked : - the bed; - the ease of access to transport. I didn’t like: - Staff lack of hospitality behaviour: I went to check-in desk, and waited literally 3 seconds before hearing a “hello” from the receptionist. Only 1 out of 3 receptionists actually smiled during all of my interactions ; that makes or breaks the experience. I suspect management doesn’t uphold these values...

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The location is perfect with easy access to bus lines. The WiFi was fast and the breakfast was very good. The only slight downside was no kettle or coffee/tea facilities in the room. Other than that, it was perfect and we would definitely return.

The location is fantastic, very close to Geneva's main train station – just a short walk away, which was really convenient. The environment is also excellent, very quiet as it's in a residential area, not right on a busy street.

The hallway was narrow, and the room doors were very close together. We could clearly hear other guests opening and closing their doors; we didn't sleep well and were woken up early this morning by the noise. Aside from that, considering the price, the cleanliness and facilities were acceptable.

We’ve stayed here several times over the last several years. It’s a smaller hotel, not a chain. It’s a great location with short walk to the vielle ville and shopping, great restaurants etc. The hotel has parking and big rooms. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The room is large, with an excellent bed and all amenities are provided. I spent two weeks in Geneba at Hôtel Eden, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean, the location was fantastic and the staff were very nice. The only thing that could perhaps be improved: I wish there had been more vegan options for breakfast.

Hotel Eden and its associated restaurant were both outstanding finds at this price range. A 10 minute walk to downtown, quiet and clean rooms. The Caramela served fabulous food. But the service really set this hotel apart from others. Everyone was cheerful, helpful and seemed to genuinely care. Highly recommend!

It is an ideal place if you want to stay close to the airport for your flight, but you want to visit the city. It must be one of the closest hotels to the airport and it has a very convenient free shuttle bus with very frequent schedules.

Nash Pratik is very convenient for both the airport and the railway station. The shuttle bus works well if you don’t feel like the 15 minute walk. It’s always spotlessly clean and the check in staff are very friendly and efficient.

Simple, no frills room. Comfortable enough for 3 nights. We had an en suite and the ‘bathroom’ was very tiny - as in 1 person at a time max. So I wouldn’t suggest the en suite rooms for bigger people. The 4 stars is because I think a fridge would be the only addition to the room I’d want to see.

I would highly recommend this hotel! The area and scenery was lovely, and was only 10 mins away from the tram that takes you to town. The room for my family was clean tidy and all around brilliant! The gardens were very well maintained. The manager was very helpful when we asked for directions and for places to eat.

Just returned from a few days at Le Cenacle, the hotel was lovely, clean and staff friendly. The location is great for the city centre with a tram stop less than 5 minute walk. Or alternatively a walk to city centre is 20mins. Rooms are a good size and showers big with tea and coffee facilities. Grounds are beautifully kept
