Great location and decent breakfast. Stayed here for 5 nights. Omelettes were great during breakfast but the breakfast was the same every day. Staff were polite.

Location is near the Zurich train station and close to the walking trail for tourist attraction! Breakfast is delicious

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Swiss National Museum, and within walking distance of ETH Zurich, making it convenient to get anywhere. We arrived in Zurich from Interlaken earlier than scheduled, and the front desk kindly arranged a room for us before the official check-in time, which we greatly appreciated. The bar on the ground floor is very popular, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of dried fruits. There was a bottle of drinking water in the room, but we had to contact customer service to get slippers. Unfortunately, outside our window was a construction site with a building under construction, causing a lot of noise.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient which is just about a few minutes' walk from the Zurich main train station. The service of the hotel is generally good except that there is a front desk female staff named "Pia" who is not very friendly and always had a long face and no smile on her face whenever we raised questions with her...

The front desk staff were not particularly friendly. The location is very convenient, about a five-minute walk from the train station. However, the room was very small and the facilities felt quite outdated. If this hotel were not in Zurich, the condition of the property would not justify the price.

Great location and very clean both hotel and room
Shout out to Our favorite waiter Mohammed (MoMo ) who took good care of us in the lounge - he was extremely attentive to our needs !
Also our waiter Tim in the restaurant was also awesome

We would absolutely recommend the Central Plaza Hotel in Zurich. Central to everything, without feeling too crowded. The staff was exceptional. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. We had drinks in the lounge, Bar area, everything was on point! Mohammed was an amazing server, we looked forward to chatting with him each evening! Staff was more than accommodating in guiding to areas not to miss etc. Food was very good. We had dinner in the restaurant below our last night… Tim, our waiter, was great, as were his suggestions for our meal’s. All in all a 10.

Facilities: A charming century-old building, though the elevator is a bit small. Hygiene: Clean and comfortable. Environment: Excellent location, making it convenient to get anywhere in Zurich. The train station is just a 10-minute walk away. Service: Good, and they offer luggage storage.

Hotel on the outside looks damn pretty and then the river in front as well looks good. Very convenient walk to Zurich HB. Room is good for 2 pax and can open 2 luggages as well.

Prefect location just opposite Zurich Train Station, there is a big Coop Supermarket just 1 min walk, where you can buy all your souvenirs.
