+ There is location close to train station and central street Bedding was good. Tea/coffee mashing and other comfortable utilities Room was clean Welcomed and multilingual service (even Russian)20.01.2022
Bare bones hotel in a great location. I did not experience the rude staff some other people mentioned, they were friendly enough. The hotel itself is extremely dated and basic, you are really staying here for its excellent location. Not sure why this hotel is ranked as a 4-star hotel.

After a tiring job day, I spent a night in this pleasant Hotel next to the station. I’ve really appreciated the comfort and its services. I was able to recovery my energies and to have a peaceful rest.

Great location if you are working in Zürich. This little hideaway is a chilled, relaxed atmosphere. One of the best hotels I've stayed in to be honest; it's really good value for money, so clean, and the staff here are really polite, knowledgeable and Professional to say the least. Everything was fairly smooth sailing. You should give this hotel a go.

I have been visiting your hotel for many years, always rated at good or very good. This time I arrived a bit early than usual as my flight timing was overnight flight. I had earlier requested via email to have an early check-in, which I didn't get much feedback on. Also, I was not updated on the new regulations that I must pay full stay in advance, in general you can block on my card which is a safe operation done by all Hotels?
Another thing was the CHF50 for early check-in which was never communicated to me, beside the fact I requested that with no feedback? For biz. travelers like my self, this was not professional at all, beside that a young trainee was the one checking me in 7am and he definitely needs to learn skills on hosting customers!
If you change hotel rules, you can always send updates to your clients while booking - then it would be their choice to accept!
Last but not least, the same day I checked in, after I went out for lunch and returned to rest, I found my room was not done. Just to add.
It was sad to see these changes or mismanagement specially as a returning client of yours.
Room was clean, WiFi is very good and general food an all is fine.

Location, location, location! Centrally located, next to main train station, all the sights and tons of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is very nice, lots of history and good food. I particularly like the outside seating. The rooms are nice sized, a bit dated, and well set up. We did not get one of the balcony rooms, I imagine those would be lovely to look out onto the bustling city.

Dirty towels from previous guests, used amenities (shampoo), room not clean. Generally and particularily during times of Corona unacceptable. Staff was unfriendly, didn't apologize. Hotel doesn't seem to need guests. Location is convenient (Zurich HB, Bahnhofstrasse). Not recommended. Much better alternatives close by.
