A truly unpleasant stay.

The location isn't great. You really need to check which station you're arriving at. We thought it was next to HB, but it turned out to be a kilometer or two away.

The bedding was the only good thing; it was indeed comfortable. But other than that: the kettle was very basic, with exposed heating coils, which felt unsafe; the coffee cups had unwashed coffee stains at the bottom, and there was dust on the instant coffee packets; the mini-fridge didn't cool at all; and the toiletries were all-in-one products.

!! The absolute worst and most unacceptable thing was that the housekeeping staff, an hour and something before check-out time and while we hadn't checked out yet, opened our room door and entered without knocking or asking! At that moment, I was lying half-naked on the bed in just my underwear, and my friend was still asleep. After discovering someone was in the room, the staff left just as quietly, like a thief, without a single apology. After reporting this to the hotel, the front desk staff, although saying 'sorry,' showed no apology in their expression, as if they had done nothing wrong. They offered to compensate us with an extended check-out and coffee?? Seriously, who on a day trip here needs a late check-out? And there's already coffee powder in the room, which we can make ourselves. Later, they even told me I could store my luggage for free, which is a right all guests have! How can they have the nerve to call that compensation…

The staff's attitude towards resolving issues was absolutely terrible. And the front desk always seemed to be on endless calls – they were on the phone when we checked in late at night, when we picked up luggage in the afternoon, and when I tried to get Trip.com customer service to contact the hotel, the call couldn't go through for half an hour.

Not recommended! If you do stay, make sure to double-lock your door, or you'll have to constantly guard against strangers entering. For a four-star hotel, this kind of management is just outrageous.

Dirty rooms, we checked in with ******************** all over the bed
