Friendly and helpful staff. The lobby is very eclectic and interesting, lots to look at. The room we had was on the top floor with a good view of Zürich and surrounding mountains.
The bed was comfortable, the shower had great pressure and has both a rain head and the handheld. The room came with a free mini bar, drawing book, things to read, speaker and though had a lot, did not feel cluttered.
We paid for the included breakfast which was a buffet style and delicious all around. Great selection.
We almost considered staying here for the entire trip but wanted a kitchenette.

Great location, very unique rooms, awesome spa area on the roof and super friendly employees. Eric at the reception was absolutely amazing and recommended us great places in zurich + excellent service. Highly recommend!

A unique hotel not far from the main train station is Zurich. Room was spacious, but the layout was unusual. Also near Google HQ in Europe. The price was high for what the value offered, but then Zurich is an expensive place.

reception to hotel was wonderful and front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. bar was very nice and all the staff were friendly. daily signature cocktail/highball was delicious. Rooms were artfully crafted and many little interesting items contained within. standup shower was very nice and roomy. location is convenient to many areas. we were not able to dine in the restaurant, but heard from a few guests it is excellent... usually need to book it one week out. we will definitely stay again!

Rooms are kinda small and lack some amenities like a clock or a microwave. They've got a good deal on prepaid breakfast for the duration of your stay, and the breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and is quite good. The bathrooms in the room could stand to have more privacy - a watercloset for the toilet but the shower has a clear door facing the entryway to the room.

Very enjoyable stay! Best part is you can rent bikes from them very easily. The restaurant has delicious food and quick service. The rooms are very unique and catered towards younger visitors. A quick trip from the train station too. Would visit again!

This is a very centrally located hotel, with easy access to the Zurich SBB (main station). I have stayed here several times for both personal and work trips. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, and remember me as a guest time after time. The restaurant offers high quality Middle East fusion from lunch onwards, with breakfast buffet being top notch for the area. The bar is always busy, with excellent selection of cocktails with bartenders who know how to mix up a preferred palate. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, with unique views of the rail and city. The only improvement I would want as a frequent traveller would be a better equipped gym.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Excellent staff. Knowledgeable and helpful. Beautifully appointed rooms. Restaurant was amazing as well.
