Clean, tidy, nothing to complain about, good breakfast, pleasant staff. Very well located, close to the lake and in the old town, Bahnhofstrasse = Uhrenstrasse, just explore it yourself.

Very good hotel. The price/quality ratio is excellent. The hotel has everything you need: parking, a very comfortable room and a great location, a short walk from the lake shore. The staff was also very professional and attentive to our needs.

This is a wonderful hotel with the nicest staff and located in a great part of Zurich. The rooms, food hotel itself were all top notch.

The staff is friendly but the room service is so bad, they are not clean at all the first day we found a bee in the floor, we ask to clean the room in the second day but the bee still there!, and didn’t put tissues in the toilet, I ask the reception girl to give me.
The breakfast is sooo basic, egg, breads type, and coffee + juices I think this breakfast is for 2 or 1 star hotel not 4 star.

Booking an apartment for me and my two daughters, perfect size and layout of the room, everything thought out for a good holiday very smiling and pleasant welcome healthy and very good breakfast, the hostesses will take care to serve us and make us happy I will not hesitate to return on my next visit to Zurich. Thank you !

Great location. Friendly staff. Sali was nice to switch from desk clerk to bartender after 23:00. Large room. Clean. Comfortable. Nice traditional European breakfast with hot food. Definitely recommended.
