Rooms are modern and clean, with very hospitable staff. It's also in a Clconvenient location right next to Enge station, easily accessible from the Airport.

Very nice hotel. Has reasonably sized rooms, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Has a friendly restaurant.

Good location, good service which is ok for the price paid.
Nevertheless after one week from my stay, I found out by chance that my cash deposit was not refund yet and I had to claim it back. Poor customer service in this case.

Nice rooms, and good breakfast. I have appreciated my one night stay at the hotel.
Pros: Great location. Very close to the lake, and just next to the tram/train station. Cons: Looks clean but I'm not sure if it actually is. There were something left from previous customer in the bathroom when I arrived (it was on the shelf, so maybe missed that point?). I'm glad that I had my own shampoo, lotion etc. because they never brought them during my 4 night stay. I don't know if it was something I shall request from them. My shower broke so I had to switch my room in the night. I would vote worse but the lobby/information desk people were always very kind and tried to solve the problems immediately.
