Very spacious room with bathroom , fridge, safe (didn't work) and balcony.
Breakfast was acceptable.
The only elevator is very small.
Nothing special in the area. To reach the lake you have to walk half an hour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. The room was lovely and simple with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. The location between Ascona and Locarno was excellent. The Ticino Card allows free use of public transport. The pool area was spacious with comfortable sun loungers.

Placed a reservation online where it was written that check in is possible until 22:00. Arrived 21:30. Doors locked nobody picked up the phone.

We stayed in Nessi last weekend. We were supposed to leave on Sunday. But then there was the hail storm on Friday evening....we were forced to stay longer due to our car being damaged.
The staff was great and rebooked us to an other room. All of you were very understanding but I'd like to single out Alice and Sophie, as we had the most contact with these two ladies.
The rooms were good and clean, by the way and if we needed something, this was always taken care of with a smile. Maybe airco would be practical on warm days, but I heard that you were planning on taking care of this.
Not sure when but we wíll be back.

Does the trick. Pool is a nice refreshing every evening. Rooms made noises we could not explain (pool pump ran through the night?)
Decor a bit "cold", and bathroom had the shower head mounted on chest height (this is common for Italian hotels, to be fair, but annoying for any North European)

The chambers are cheap, the bed are very bad, bathrooms not so clean. Nice people and a good breakfast. View is ok, pool is super. With improvement, would be a very nice hotel, but as is now price is way overestimated

There isn't parking lot. The swimming pool isn't warm and there isn't restaurant in the hotel. The room is really small and everything in the room is low quality.

Chack in dosent speak one word in English but its really good Hotel! The room is big and clean, the price is good, breakfast is pretty rich ( in swiss stantrads), very kind and warm servise.

Overpriced for the services you get, it does not deserve 3 star ... For me this is a maximum two star hotel
