Close to the center, yet in a quiet location. The city center and train station are easily accessible on foot.
Personally run hotel, friendly reception, and everything very clean.
Good breakfast with fresh fruit salad, homemade yogurt, and a variety of breads.

A lovely little hotel, quiet and very close to Locarno's city center.
The owners, a couple from Ticino, speak all three national languages perfectly and are very welcoming! The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking a park, and the bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was good, featuring local products, but there's no restaurant on site. There's no parking, but you can get a permit for the blue zone at reception.
We have very fond memories of our stay in Ticino!

The hotel was very clean, and it was great that we had room service every day. Breakfast options were good.
It would be good if they consider renovations of rooms as there is no electrical outlet or usb chargers and perhaps new fridges in the rooms. The water in fridges (which were at a fee) were just a little better than the room tempreature.

5 stars motivated by the positioning of the hotel (Lake and town are so close) and the welcome we received at this familly hotel, best value for money and warm atmosphere. No fancy experience but just what is needed to spend a wonderfull stay and enjoy the city.

Very nice hotel, small but nice. Nice rooms with balconies and a very nice breakfast buffet. Nice hosts who will fulfill your every wish. We can only recommend it!

Nice hotel close to the city center (less than 10 minutes walk). It is very close to the lake and in a very quite area. The hotel personnel is nice and ready to answer to your questions. The room is simple and clean. One star less than the maximum because I prefer the shower and because the breakfast that is good but not excellent.
