This hotel does not have AC in rooms while it is 85 F in summer! I booked through expedia and of course I would have never did if I knew. To insult to injury it is infested with mosquitos and I saw ants in my room! I complained during my stay and after they see no fault in that! please stay away from it we had our friends staying for cheaper at nearby hotel with AC and everything! Not what you expect for 240+ Euros a night! not at all!

My review is honest you can’t deny having no AC aim rooms and the major issue of mosquitoes. Trust me if I had anytime between check in , attending the wedding and checking out I would not have hesitated a second!
I travelled the world and I find the your response as hospitality place indeed shameless! Having 3 people in the room doesn’t make it hotter, doesn’t bring mosquitos if there is not and having NO AC is a fact.
I complained there in person at checkin, through the Expedia survey and in person to Manuela at check out. Giving back my sunglasses I left in my room is ABC hospitality, please work on improving the stay at your place and seriously consider addressing the issues by your humble former guest instead of making weird accusations!!!!!!!

We spent three nights at this hotel and everything was perfect!
The pool is lovely, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay.
The staff are truly wonderful, always smiling and attentive.

Arrive and feel at home!
It's a shame we were only here for the weekend! It was a wonderful stay, not least thanks to the attentive, friendly, and welcoming staff. A small menu by the pool offered delicious food. The breakfast was fantastic: wow! Some much larger hotels could learn a thing or two from them!
The beds were incredibly comfortable!
The rooms were beautifully furnished and decorated.
We were completely satisfied and look forward to our next visit.

A warm welcome with competent service. Well-equipped rooms with extremely comfortable beds. An excellent, extensive breakfast buffet. A prime location with convenient bus connections to Locarno and Ascona (every 10-15 minutes).

Located just outside of Locarno, this is the perfect hotel for a Ticino vacation. A friendly welcome, clean rooms, and a breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. The pool with loungers is another plus. I would happily recommend it.

We're always happy to take a spontaneous, fine-weather trip to Switzerland's sunny side. At the Garni Smart Hotel, bookings are easy by phone, even if you're only staying one or two nights. The reception is always friendly, and their recommendations for good restaurants leave nothing to be desired. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. The rooms may be small, but they're functionally furnished, and the balcony with its stunning view is perfect for relaxing and unwinding from everyday life. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a few meters from the bus stop. Several private and many public parking spaces (day tickets with ParkingPay) are available. An electric car charging station is within walking distance.

Super pleasant location, very friendly staff, uncomplicated process, excellent parking, bus stop nearby, extensive breakfast buffet. Helpful recommendations for fine dining (thanks Ms. Müller!) We'd be happy to come back if we get the chance!

Lovely, clean hotel, beautifully maintained garden and fantastically friendly and efficient staff. Very nice hotel, extremely good value for money. Well situated for the town and station. The views for the room balconies is stunning, the breakfast is lovely and the pool is very nice too!!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The service is perfect. The hotel is very clean. I recommend this house to all tourists visiting Minusio Prices are OK for Switzerland. You get vouchers with price reductions to eat in very good restaurants of the town.
