The hotel is located in good area however most facilities particular plumbing, toilets, walls, lack renovations and look old. On the other hand I give it 3 star as rooms are small, no good chairs and table, no television. Manager need to invest on improvement and renovation

It's located at the best way for a person whois in need for shelter since it's on the closest to the road about 5m from the main road via NIT UNIVERSITY ROAD.the fee for accommodation is about 25$

The rates are very reasonable but that explains why there is not enough parking space, the WiFi is okay and it is near a noisy place.
