Morogoro, Station Road 🧭 Map
Great place to have a night before or after hiking to Uluguru mountain also price is reasonable from room with I enjoyed the amazing view of Uluguru mountain thanks a lot really recommend this place.
For the price, this is a very good hotel. It has large rooms with a comfortable bed and mosquito netting. The shower had plenty of hot water. It is located in CBD but is quiet. The one deficiency is the breakfast. It is lackluster, especially with serving instant coffee. No fruit juice either.

We did not stay at this hotel but 5 stars go entirely to the male staff member standing at the entrance to the hotel today ! We got a little lost during our Stone Town exploration and required some redirection and this staff member took time out of his day to provide us with directions and also reorientate our maps. Thank you 😊
Located perfectly in the centre of Stone Town, really near Fredy Mercury’s house. The building has a cool vintage look and feel, and is well maintained. The rooms are spacious and some have a view. The lobby and corridors are full of art and green. The rooftop restaurant is perfect for breakfasts, the views there open up. We were warmly welcomed by the team and the owner Johnson, who made sure our...
Great staff! The location is perfect for exploring the city and the rooms are really big. The AC worked well and there's was a mosquito net. Highly recommended!
Decent clean hotel. Has wifi, free breakfast and air conditioning. Thr rooftop restaurant is quite nice with a beautiful view.
Really beautiful place in the center, walking distance from almost everything! I loved the breakfast that comes included in the price and the hospitality of the receptionist! The only thing is the wifi does not work in the 3rd floor and the hotwater does not work in the bathroom as weel.
Good location (closer to the center), very safe at night. Friendly and very helpful staffs. There were always check that we did not need anything. It was very nice of them and it made me feel more comfortable. Cleanliness is fine but room could be refresh as they looks a little bit outdated. Food was very good, we spent a lot of time on the rooftop (breakfast, having snacks and drinks late afternoon...

A great place to relax after a busy day out. Everything in the room worked perfectly. Free wifi and TV. The restaurant is clean and the excellent cuisine
I stayed at Wiyolis Hong Kong Hotel for a week. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the quality of the rooms was disappointing. We had to change rooms three times during our stay due to poor conditions. Overall, the experience was mixed — great staff but the rooms need serious improvement.
The receptionists were very loving, friendly and warm when they arrived. I felt at home from the first minute. I will always return to this hotel
The place is nice the breakfast is prepared very well, the rooms are good, customer service is friendly

Ever seen monkeys grab avocados straight from a tree and just chill above you eating them? yeah… we have 😄 big thanks to Aishi Machame for that! honestly the main thing about this place is the location — wildlife (monkeys, birds, we even saw a hornbill) just lives here like it’s their home, so you get this super calm, peaceful vibe. everything else is solid too — rooms, staff, food, all good. at first...
A cozy and quiet hotel, a great place for a short stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The laundry service is fast and of high quality — my clothes were well taken care of. Tasty food. Thanks (Ashante sana!)
I stayed at Aishi Machame while on a trip to climb Mt Meru and Kilimanjaro followed by a safari, all with Altezza. The hotel was absolutely lovely. My room was spacious and comfortable with a good shower and toiletries, drinking water, tea and coffee, mosquito net and fan. There was also a good laundry service. Breakfast was an excellent buffet and the other vegetarian food I ate was also good. The...
This hotel was the base hotel for Altezza Travel Kilimanjaro trek. The staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were very accommodating and friendly. We had to change our flight home, and they were awesome, making sure we had a room to stay in while we sorted flights out.
I went to Aishi Machame at the start of this year before I went on my Kilimanjaro expedition with Altezza Travel, and I absolutely loved the place. The food was great, the beds were comfy, and it offered the perfect stillness I needed ahead of my climb. The staff were super accommodating in making sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend.
At first I thought the hotel before and after climbing Kilimanjaro would be just "bed - sandwich - to airport."I didn’t have any expectations. But Aishi Machame truly surprised me At this hotelyou can do much more than just sleep - you can really enjoy your time. The restaurant is excellent, with a large selection of dishes, plenty of good alcohol, and many cocktails. There is a large swimming pool...

Everything was great. The facillities was 10/10. The Nature was beautiful. But the best thing was the staff, they was all amazing and helpful. They were always happy and spoke great english. Especially the waitress called Jasmine was amazing. Would recommend everyone to visit.
A peaceful, friendly place to stay for total relaxation. Beautiful beach, lovely staff, good food, and fab infinity pool. Rooms spacious and comfortable. I had a lovely massage in the "spa"- actually a little hut. Not a place to stay if you want lots of organised activities, but if you want a blissful place to unwind completely, then it is perfect!
We had the most wonderful stay at Pongwe Beach Hotel! My husband and I spent 7 nights in this peaceful paradise, and it truly exceeded our expectations. I first visited Pongwe beach hotel 14 years ago after climbing Killi and said I need to go back one day. Well it definitely has not gone downhill it is still amazing. No i did not hate the place. The hotel is good and as well its provide good services most of all it has an affordable price and is located at the Dar es salaam CBD.
Situated on a rough road centre of the market area. Convenient for buying almost anything you need. Reception staff very friendly. Lift working fine, a must for a 20-storey building Small clean aircon room. Double mattress uncomfortable. But what the heck for $15 what do you expect.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was the best place to stay! Our room was nice, a bit out dated but it had everything we needed and it was clean. We walked the entire beach of Nungwi, and our hotel was definitely the best. The sun beds on the beach (most of the hotels don’t have such luxury), security (not that it’s dangerous there, but the guys selling excursions and souvenirs are just too many and it becomes annoying; - security of our hotel kept everyone away from the hotel guests), the beach is super clean (and so are the rooms, restaurant...

It is really having a peaceful, quiet atmosphere, truely home away from home. Their services are great and the staffs are really calm and you can sense that they are experienced and respectful. I loved my stay over this Hotel
The good: The room (king size bed) I was in was spacious and comfortable and had all the services (refrigerator, toilet, wardrobes.. Etc) were provided and operational The bad: the internet connection is free BUT the system for connecting is annoying (you have a single use user and pass and you have to try every combination until you reach one that connects you)
I stayed at this hotel for 3 days during Ramadan. The room that I stayed on the first day was not comfortable. The shower was broken and the room felt congested. We quickly requested to move our room and they did. The next room was perfect. After you check in make sure u check the shower. The Shangani was a great base for me twice while visiting Zanzibar. The location is amazing with excellent access to local shopping and dining experiences. Pretty average. I don't know if it's good for the price because it was booked by our safari group, but it has all that you need. The AC is excellent, there's American movie channels. The wifi was slow at times but overall fine. The shower pressure was average, didn't get too hot when I took one. We were able to check in a little early though.
While the hotel's opulence came at a premium, the breakfast experience fell disappointingly short and my wife did not mince her words about it to the staff and management, leaving much to be desired. A stark contrast to the luxurious setting and relatively good rooms, the morning offerings were surprisingly subpar, diminishing the overall satisfaction of the stay!
A lovely hotel located centrally in Sone Town within easy walking distance of all I needed. The staff are so friendly and helpful., the rooms are plain but very clean, .breakfast was good. I will come back mostly because the staff are fabulous.

Good hotel, decent location. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and shops are all within walking distance. It's a very lively area, fun and vibrant! The hotel staff are super friendly, and I really enjoyed the dinners. Maybe not the best beach nearby, but you can easily book tours to go wherever you want.
Everything is great! It's very quiet and peaceful after Nungwe! The only thing is there's no kettle or refrigerator.
We are just leaving Zenobia and we are truly sad to see it go. All of the staff were fantastic - Bella & Gloria at the front office, Richard, Enos, Halima, Schola, Salma in the restaurant and Respikius and Marko as the friendly security. The housekeeping even helped us celebrate our anniversary in style. Location is a 10/10.
I had the pleasure of staying at Zenobia Beach Resort and the experience was truly positive. Amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing lodge. We spent three lovely days at Simba Beach lodge. The hosts were so lovely and they have two adorable daughters who were the sweetest ever. It is right by the beach so it was great to walk out from the room directly to the sea. The place is clean and the breakfast was nice. Very serene place - highly recommend it to anyone going to zanzibar.
One of the few places with rooms directly on one of the best beaches in Zanzibar. Italians and families especially will love it but great for all. Minor irritations like flies after my food and a bit grumpy male manager and no air conditioning . But the female boss is fantastic and the service attentive. Excellent quality overall for the money

Very tasty cuisine, tastier than here in Zanzibar, I have not tried anything) and the prices are affordable, polite staff, I highly recommend !!! We tried all the menus in a week)))
I won't tell you about the numbers. But the cuisine is very tasty with very low prices. We, as regular customers, even got a discount a couple of times.

I lived in early October 2022. I came with a volunteer mission. Wonderful hotel, good staff, chic arrangement 2 steps from the ocean. Delicious food, squid in batter. Hotel owners are a man from Italy and his life partner from England. I liked absolutely everything! Breakfast ingredients are not much different from many hotels in Zanzibar, but the breakfast service is well presented!
Nice beach, perfect location, excellent staff and they have weekend vibe.

Waikiki is an absolutely amazing place that I highly recommend for anyone staying in Zanzibar.
