This place is good for long term .. or just crash over a night or two .. I stayed 2 months in blue old school building and cant complain about the deal but i can’t stay on modern looking buildings as gets too much sun in the morning and not cozy inside. If i come back probably i will check this place.

No hot water, number of lizards on the celling, no food , crying cock in the yard so you get up early))) but it is cheap , wifi and a lot of space in the room

The service was great and the rooms were nice. Compared to other places I have stayed in Thailand for the same price, Wangwaree Resort had nicer bathrooms and more comfortable beds.
