Location: 150 km from airport Bangkok, South Pattaya, 5 km from the centre of Pattaya, in Jomtien.

Consists of one 5-storey building and one 5-storey block.

The hotel has 81 rooms.

Total area: 3 600 m2.

Beach: public sandy beach in 200 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – a fee, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

On the hotel territory: 1 restaurant, 1 bar, 1 outdoor pool, Laundry, elevators, wireless Internet in lobby (free)

Attractions: water sports with charge (on the beach, belong to the 3rd company)

The distance to the nearest airport is 150 km.

One of the best options in the area, this is an almost hidden gem within a very touristy street full of people from Norway, Sweden and Denmark. We had a great room, with a balcony view to the pool. The pool is great, and parking space is also fantastic. Great value for the money!

Excellent value hotel with parking near the beach. Clean rooms with minibar, clean bathroom, tv, hairdryer, safe, balcony and a hard bed. Nice pool and helpful staff. 7 Eleven at end of soi. For a thousand baht it's a great deal. 1300 baht gets you breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor. Didn't hear the music from the bars as the walls are thick enough.

Staff very impolite in reception, can't get extra toilet paper, water dripping from lamp on toilet, and electrical wires behind sleeping table was exposed, so if you touch you get executed. Cleaning lady was Sweet though. And it is filled with Russian people. No good

Didn't visit this resort but it's location is near Hilton and Jomtein Palm Beach Hotel. This place is thronged by older people and famous for sugar babies. Awww

Parking as well but unsure how many spots but no problem 2 find a empty place when we were there.
Many pubs and resturants nearby and on the same street but noisy at night if you don't like that.
Close too the beach as well.
