The towels were very tired, and the foot towel belonged to previous guests.
The room faces a busy street, which is constantly noisy day and night. On the other side, there are mosquitoes by the pool. There's no view. One window faces a busy street, the other window faces a billboard...
We complained about the noise to the hotel reception, but they suggested we call the owner. And the issue wasn't resolved.
We had to find a new hotel.
