The staff was absolutly amazing! I can not have enough words to describe them. The location is peacefull but far from some restaurants and bars.
I will return, for sure, but with a rented bike and time to spend on roads.

Poor Wi-fi connection.
Water under the shower hot or cold never stays the same and keeps changing, Room clean and wery welcoming. Stuff very helpful. Next to resort scooter rental very good very nice couple.

I stayed in this resot a couple of years ago and it was really nice and I just have to say that the owner (I forgot his name) was really friendly! I highly recommend this place

This is a very nice resort to stay at. My husband and I had 6 nights here, attending a wedding at a neighbouring hotel on the beach but pleased we were staying at Phatcharee. Even though it is set back from the beach, it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the views at Phatcharee were lovely. The ladies on reception were very sweet and friendly. The rooms were clean and I liked the quietness of the AC and the spaciousness of the rooms. The balcony was a decent size with chairs and table for a morning coffee listening to the exotic birds. Such bliss. The pool was also clean and well kept surrounded by greenery and relaxing as one could always get a sunbed. I liked the little shaded comfy bench areas in the corner too at the pool. I did eat at this hotel too a few times and the food was delicious and cheap.

Bungalows are relatively small, but enough for two-tjree people. Service is every other day but you can ask at the reception anytime, as well as ask for toiletries. Staff will welcome you with a smile each time. The beach is about 5 min from there. The pool is small but well maintained. The garden around the bungalows is also well tended, without fallen leaves around.
Surounding outside of the bungalows is typically Thai islands, meaning not much flashy lights and not really representative. Price is affordable

Most hotels in Phangan are old and rundown. However Phatcharee Resort is good value (for Koh Phangan) with comfortable, modern and super clean rooms. The pool was great and thoroughly enjoyed by my son. The staff were a big highlight. Very kind and helpful throughout our stay. They are also great with kids and speak English well. The food at the restaurant was nice and served at the pool or in the room. Would definitely recommend this place to others and we’ll stay there again on our next visit.

Best place to relax . Good service, THANK YOU THANDAR♥️ Good food. Beautiful places. Nice room Animal friendly. Swimming pool, everything is clean Nice island , rent a scooter and go to places all across island . Wifi , airconditioning , you can order food from 9 till 9

Overall good, friendly staff, nice bungalows. No direct beach access, have to walk around a bit. Some good food options 10 min walk away. Very quiet and secluded. The mattress was very hard so if you like it softer maybe look elsewhere. Swimming pool water had a bit of a haze, not sure if the water is clean or has too much sun screen inside.

Stayed here for four days over Xmas and loved it. Alan the owner could not do enough for us. Lovely food and my son loved the pool. Great resort.
