I review the restaurant that was amazing. We ate there several times and we truely enjoyed it.

Good location. Ok house for the price. Pool is very poorly maintained. Management is nice but not very efficient

The resort is located just 200m from a landfill and an incinerator. As a result, there is a very strong garbage smell on the resort property throughout the day.
The house gets very hot in the sun. There is only one air conditioner in the house, which is not capable of cooling the entire house. Also, because we constantly ran the air conditioner at full power, we received an electricity bill of about 4000 baht for 20 days of stay.

Reception staff most helpful and friendly. Units very clean and comfortable. Well kept swimming pool however the lounge chairs too big and heavy.

Nice staff, good bungalow, good swimming pool, quiet, not many mosquitoes, a good place to relax and work.
Things that did not bother me, but could have been better: the sofa, the tv, faster internet (mostly ok, but because of work, I often used mobile internet, that is good and cheap in Thailand), the bed could be softer, and a baking sheet.

Stayed there for 3 weeks and it was a very pleasant experience. They have big bungalows each with a fridge, kettle, microwave, rice cooker, kitchen sink, AC and a balcony.
There is also a pool which is nice to cool down on a hot day :-)
You'll need a motorbike to get around but they are only 150-250THB

This place is amazing, the only downside is there's no wardrobes for clothes. Other than that it's great.
I would easily give it 5 stars, but I have to warn you about scooter rentals they refer their guests too.
***The place is called Mr. Nong motorcycle and they are scammers.*** I rented a scooter for one month and returned it with some minor scratches at the side. I asked in a moto service, and they told me it would cost about 1500 thb to repair it. However, at Nong's they pointed out many old scratches that were there before and that I obviously didn't do and told me to pay.. 12700 baht!! You could buy a used scooter for that,or repair one that was totally crashed in a heavy accident. For example, there was a tiny scratch at the engine cover, about 0.5 cm or less (invisible, unless you kneeled and looked at it from 10 centimeters) and they wanted me to pay the price of a new engine cover, among many other parts I didn't damage and that were just fine.
If not my Thai friend who negotiated with them for almost an hour to take it down to 4000 baht, I would be in a big trouble as they had my passport (I should've known better). I took pictures of how the scooter looked before I rented it but they didn't care. Basically they treated me like air or like a dog and didn't even want to talk to me
Avoid these scammers! I would love to give them one star, but they don't have any Internet presence

Beautiful resort in a quiet area, with the large swimming pool, fresh and nice houses, but if you wish to cook, you have to ask reception for the gas stove, as normally there is only electric kettle, microwave and rice-boiler available.
On a specific periods of year, there may be bad smell and smoke coming from the upper hill, where they burn garbage, it mainly depends on a wind direction, so better to clear out with the reception before booking.
Staff is very helpful and kind, ask Koko if you have any problem, he's a guy who can fix everything :)
