The reception staff are trying hard or so it seems but there’s a language and cultural barrier with western tourists. Check in is at 3pm, and the room was not ready at 2…
Once I got into the room, there was a strong canalisation smell…
Also, good luck with carrying your luggage up the stairs for checkout. I didn’t mind this morning workout but I can imagine if you’re not in your thirties or forties you might struggle.
Long story short the place has a potential but sadly is not very well managed.
The location is beach front but no good sea to swim in. Tha rooms are huge and cleaned daily but it are old and not pampering.
The breakfast is simple and not very tasty.
The pool is big and has a lot of sun beds but again a bit old and the atmosphere is dull and not resort level.
The staff is very nice and smiling.
