It's a good hotel for the price! The room that we got was very big when you compare to other hotels in that price range! The only thing we dindt like is that the hotel is quite noisy and you can hear other guests. But over all good hotel!

I loved how spacious and comfy the bed and room were. The location was was so convenient- right on the main tourist road with all the shops and close to the airport. The female receptionist was really kind and friendly. There is also a cute dog who stays there.
A problem I had was the towels and bed sheets were always stained, even after I got new ones and you can hear noisy guests in the corridors. There was a musty smell in the room. Sadly, the bathtub was old and looked broken. For the price it was good but I think there are better hotels to stay at.

The room is spacious and has a great location. It is facing to Chaweng lake and the back to the heart of Chaweng. You can walk to Central Department Store and there are plenty of restaurants near by.

The room is very large everything is perfect except the AC in the room it's was so noise.

We stayed 3 nights and wasn´t a good experince. the walls are very thin, you can hear everything. Some other clients made very nose and nobory did anything about that. We can´t rest. Also, don´t give you sufficient towels, I had to asked for a small towels for the hair, for example. The bethroom drop water from the bathtub.

Solid location, close to the beach and the lake in Chaweng. Rooms are big and include a fridge, kettle and hairdryer. Shower is good enough and includes a bath but that doesn't seem to fill up.
Housekeeping is on request (using the door knob sign) which is nice.

Super convenient location. Literally connected to central Samui Mall. Room is ok , a bit noisy from the hall way. Shampoo and body wash has no label , you have to guess which one it is. Front desk was friendly enough and we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout. If you are looking for something that's close to everything , this is the place !

Corridor is exactly what you have in a student hall … very old, smell and run down.
Location is right next to Central shopping mall - convenient for those who wants to go to shopping mall.

The location was really good the hostel is directly next to the Samui Central Shopping Area.
The room were clean, the bed was really comfortable in my opinion and they offered daily room service. There was only one big disadvantage for me, the air condition only works when the room key is in the room. So every time you leave the room, the air is standing, really warm and smelling really bad also because of the toilet paper in the trash, ...
Another problem with the room was that the a few towels had stains on them.
All in all we really liked the stay, if you want to close to the center this is the perfect Hotel.
Tipp: Ask for a room in the 2. house out of 3, because there is the rooftop pool and the laundry room.

I review hotel rooms on the level how my sleep and therefore my rest was.
It was very bad. The walls are so thin, that I was woken up a couple of times because my neighbors were talking loud.
In the room are two very bright blue LEDs. They are so bright, that the room is not dark at all. It's blue. I tried to cover them with a towel which worked so so ok. On the ceiling there is a smoke detector, which is very good, but it has a blinking led light as well, very annoying in the dark as well.
My Rest factor was very low. Everything else of the stay was ok.

The COSI is not a luxury hotel but it is exceptionally good value for the price.
Simple rooms, clean, well presented with minimal extras. A great place to stay if you don't intend on being inside the room much, as the room is very plain and has no balcony or view.
