Close to bars, restaurants and shops.
Beach within 5 minutes walk.
Adequate pool but could do with more sun lounges.
Booked standard double room which was basic.
Cleaned daily.

Really lovely place. Great staff and facilities. Very clean and tidy. Pool was lovely and I was the only one there most time. Close to the beach and main *****!

This is already my third time staying at this hotel. It has a great location and is also very clean. The staff are always friendly, and if anything in the room isn’t working properly, they come and fix the problem immediately. I will be back again in 2026! Thank you for everything, Khun Resort Chaweng.

A good hotel right in the centre of Chaweng beach, there’s a lot of bars around and can get noisy but we had a room at the back near the pool and couldn’t hear anything from outside at night. The hotel was clean and had lots of good restaurants just along the street so was perfect for us

I had a wonderful stay at Khun Chaweng Hotel in Samui. The hotel offers great value for money — clean, comfortable rooms with all the basic amenities you need at a very reasonable price. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Chaweng with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet it’s quiet enough to get a good night’s rest.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel with an excellent location, this is one of the best choices in Chaweng. Highly recommended!

I wouldn’t come back to this hotel. It’s got a great location, but the rooms have zero privacy—huge windows covered only by dark curtains. You’re either fully exposed or stuck in the dark. The place feels more like a motel. It’s noisy, though the staff is average.

Stayed 2 weeks in this hotel.
Super loud, because the cabaret is right next to it.
Was asking to fix the water because it was cold, they never did.
They never fix YouTube it’s did not work.although I requested and they said the Tecnical guy will come but never.
The cleaning is bad, they just bring the towels and shower gel throwing the garbage but never clean the floor or table etc.
Made me pay for the remote control missing covers although when I check in they was broken already.
Not welcoming stuff at all, the ladies attitude not welcoming.
Asked to leave my bags for one day saying that I am coming back next day, they force me to pay for the room if I want to leave the bags.
The electricity charger only under the table next to fridge, noting near the bad, not comfortable.
The room is nice specious, take the one more far from the reception because it’s super loud wit music from cabbaret.

The location is great; on the main road of Chaweng within walking distance of everything most people want to visit in the immediate area.
The staff were lovely; friendly and helpful.
The room was good for the price; big enough, comfortable bed. Air con worked well.

This is a very reasonably priced budget hotel in an excellent location for both the beach and night life.
The rooms whilst basic are clean with a fridge and descent shower.
The down side is the cabaret show next to it that generates alot of noise until midnight.
The free internet varies in quality from room to room. Mine was ok but others complained it was no good.
Overall for the price, it's good value.
