Basic but comfortable, deluxe AC bungalows overlook the sea. Feels very secluded. Not far from Haad Salad. Steep hills in this area.

Spectacular view of the ocean and sunset, and quite reasonably priced. Short walk to a quiet beach, and you can use the swimming pool of the neighbouring resort for free. Very friendly owner and staff. Loved our time there and would 100% recommend it.
Only things which could be improved would be changing the curtains which smell a bit moldy and improving the kitchen. Only had food here once because of low quality chicken. Plenty of good places to eat nearby though.

For the price was great! I have to say we were doubting to book here since some reviews we read before, but we had a great experience. The owner was more than welcoming and warm, clean rooms, beautiful view specially for sunset and amazing Thai food! Quiet area of kho Phangan perfect for relaxing

In February Our stuff, camera, wallet, 10,000 bhat was stolen from the room, the owners didn't care, we think they had something to do with it. Becareful of this place

Great time at the resort. Ron (the owner) and his family are very nice and warm. Definitely a place to stay next year.
