It is modern, clean and cosy boutique hotel nestled in a quiet, well maintained area of Kata beach. The hotel offers accommodation in comfortable rooms just a short walk from the sandy beach, close to shops and entertainment. Good service and friendly staff. Perfect for youth recreation.

Location: on the island of Phuket, in Kata beach, 23 km from Phuket international airport, 811 km from Bangkok international airport.

I found a good room with everything I needed. Raj helped me in every way he could and made my stay pleasant. The Hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area and 10 minutes walking to the beach. I will definitely go back here when I will be at Kata again.

Hotel nice and clean. Quiet area, very good to sleep all night. Room spacious and clean. Friendly people Recommended for everyone. You receive more than you pay for it. Not 5 stars only because the room overlooks a fence and there is no elevator.

The hotel is not bad but the owners are not very friendly especially the wife who is very unpleasant and even aggressive.
Review from another customer: "The French owner is very nice but his wife is rude with no customer service skills at all. She should take lessons from the front desk girl."
