The hotel's location is good, within walking distance to Kata Beach, and there are many foreign residents around. The hotel breakfast is average; I've been to Phuket many times, and for this price range, this hotel's breakfast is the worst, though it's still edible. The hotel's environment and hygiene are good, very clean. The floor-to-ceiling windows are also very comfortable. The hotel charges 249 Thai Baht per day for children's breakfast. A deposit is required upon check-in.

Traveling solo, I'd really recommend this hotel. Even though the facilities are a bit old, the environment is nice and the room is very spacious. It's also super convenient. I suggest everyone book their rooms through Trip.com – it's genuinely cheaper than other platforms and offers many benefits.

They charged 50 baht for heating a leftover food in a microwave. Did not touch the hand towels. Bathroom needs some renovation in general. Location is good, child friendly, good morning buffet.

Nothing special. Looks like is first line on the beach but it is not. You have 7min walk. Breakfast was average the same everyday. Bed was comfortable.

Friendly staff with good facilities. Provides beach/pool towels for your use and conveniently located at Kata area. Don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste but you can buy them at the 7/11 nearby

This hotel offers the best value for money on Kata Beach, especially since I came during the off-season and got it for a very good price. I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was. First off, the room is very spacious; a standard room is about 40 square meters and is kept very clean. The service is excellent too.

The breakfast is definitely one of the better ones for this price range. Very satisfied, indeed.

There's a 7-Eleven right outside, and plenty of food stalls nearby. It's also very close to the 'Baht Bus' stop, making the airport bus super convenient.

If you're staying at Kata Beach, I highly recommend this hotel.

This is by far the best place we stayed in Thailand. We were upgraded to the Aqua room, which is literally right next to the pool! Everything was just great. Highly recommended!

The resort offers a great environment and is very spacious. Service was excellent, and housekeeping was prompt. The unique pool is a definite highlight! Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. Its convenient location also makes transport easy. Highly recommend!

Good location just a five minute walk to Kata Beach and local amenities. The hotel offers numerous swimming pools, family-friendly facilities, and fitness. Spacious room with bacony, impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Check-in was quick and efficient, handled by a very welcoming receptionist. For the price, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Kata Sea Breeze Resort for anyone visiting Phuket.
