Location: This hotel is right on Karon Beach, it's clean and relatively quiet, giving it more of a resort feel. You can access the beach directly from the hotel's entrance. There's also a 7-Eleven right outside, which is super convenient for grabbing essentials.

Facilities: They offer a variety of room types. I originally planned to stay for only 3 days but extended for another two, and they upgraded me to a sea-view room with an even better view. The hotel's own pool is also very clean; my mom had an absolute blast swimming there.

Breakfast: Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The selection of dishes is quite extensive, enough to double as brunch.

Service: This was the most satisfying part. As soon as you get out of the car, the bellhop hands you a small card and takes your luggage directly to your room. The front desk offers welcome drinks and the staff are very warm and friendly. They noticed my birthday on my passport during my stay and left a birthday cake and small candles in my room, which was incredibly thoughtful. My mom's traditional Chinese clothes were folded neatly, with the flag emblem facing upwards. These small details really showed how meticulous and excellent the service is.

Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel discriminates! They claim to be Chinese-friendly, but they treat Caucasians and Chinese guests completely differently. At breakfast, two Caucasians took my table, even though my coffee and untouched fruit were still on it. The staff not only didn't help resolve the issue but kept shooing me away, repeatedly saying 'no, no, no' to me. As a paying guest, this made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I complained to the front desk, but received no feedback whatsoever. When I told them I would expose their discriminatory practices on Chinese websites, they didn't care at all. The more I think about it, the angrier I get. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!! The photo is just proof that I stayed there.

Based on online reviews, this hotel had a few negative points, but I didn't pay much attention to them. When we checked in, it was a bit late, and they said there were no rooms with good locations available. We were a group of four and wanted to stay close together for safety, and we also didn't want a room at the end of the hall. The rooms they gave us were pretty close to the end of the hall anyway. After talking to the front desk, they said they'd switch our rooms the next day. In my friend's room, there was a super huge bug in the bathroom, which scared her to death (there were two of us girls). The next day, when we spoke to the front desk again, they still couldn't give us adjacent rooms, which was quite upsetting. We showed them the big bug in the room, and they offered a complimentary room upgrade, but we didn't want to split up, so we declined. Then they offered two free breakfasts instead. I just want to say, it really felt like a bit of discrimination because (when I checked in and said I didn't want a room at the end of the hall, the female manager who had been mentioned in other bad reviews said, 'Oh, you Chinese people, I know none of you want rooms at the end of the hall'). That comment made me very uncomfortable. What, do people from other countries want rooms at the end of the hall?

The facilities are outdated, and the lighting in the room is very dim! One day, the water supply was cut off from early evening! They told us it would be back in two hours, but it didn't come back until midnight! You can imagine how terrible it was to not be able to wash or shower in such hot weather! The experience was awful. The only solution they offered at the time was to move us to a king-size bed room on the 3rd floor (which was much cheaper than the detached villa I booked!), and they weren't even willing to offer free breakfast!

After my repeated requests, they finally moved me to a sea-view room, but that room was even more horrifying. As soon as I walked in, there were red spots all over the mirror… it made me not want to stay there at all! So, out of desperation, I had to switch rooms again in the middle of the night, and every room had mirrors like that! We were moving around until 2 or 3 AM! I really didn't want to deal with it anymore, and it completely messed up our plans for the next day!

Finally, the water came back on the second day, so we moved our luggage back to our original room. But then, as shown in the picture, the faucet was broken. Since it takes about ten minutes to walk from the room to the lobby, we really didn't want to keep walking back and forth under the scorching sun, so we just made do for another two nights! Overall, this quality is not worth the price! (They compensated us with breakfast for 2 days).

The hotel shuttle driver had a terrible attitude! He fawned over white people but completely ignored Chinese guests! I will definitely not be staying here again!

Excellent! It's a cozy little cottage right on the beach. There are convenience stores, massage places, and great food options to both the left and right. It's so much better than the other Sis hotel I booked. The comparison really highlights how good this place is, no lie!

This is my first time writing a detailed review. I've booked hotels through Trip.com many times, some good, some not so good, but I always leave positive feedback. Running a business is tough, and as a business owner myself, I understand not wanting to make things difficult for others.

However, this time I have to give a big thumbs down. The experience was absolutely terrible. This hotel was recommended by a friend (who, apparently, is also unreliable 😂).

I was traveling with three elderly people and booked a log cabin villa. Upon entering, we discovered there was no water in the villa. I went to the front desk three times to find out when the water would be restored. The front desk manager, who spoke a little Chinese, was quite deceptive. She told me the water would be back on in 20 to 30 minutes, so I kept going back to the front desk every hour to tell them there was still no water. This went on for three hours. When they couldn't fix it, they offered to move us to a different room type, which I agreed to. However, the air conditioning in the new room couldn't get cool. We ended up switching rooms three times, and they even called in the engineering department to fix things. It was past 11 PM before we finally found a normal room. And that was just for one of the rooms!

In the other room I was staying in, the air conditioning also wasn't working properly. We called engineering to fix it, which they did. But then, around 9 PM, the room started leaking. We used whatever we could to catch the water, and it just kept getting worse. We called for maintenance again, and after a lot of hassle, it was finally resolved.

Overall, the hotel's interior scenery is nice, but the rooms are small and the facilities are poor. The management staff are all smiles but ultimately unhelpful in resolving issues. Basically, staying here is a gamble. If you have any problems, the hotel just passes the buck. Seriously, what kind of hotel has AC problems in three consecutive rooms?

Trip.com was helpful in coordinating and providing some compensation points, for which I am grateful. The hotel was quite unyielding, leaving Trip.com with limited options.

That's all I have to say. This was the only disappointment of our Phuket trip, and I hope my friends don't make the same mistake.

Also, each room has a connecting door to the adjacent room, which made me feel very insecure.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the beach, and the overall environment and facilities are good. The breakfast is also very rich. However, the water quality was a bit poor; I had an allergic reaction after showering, so it wasn't as good an experience as the first hotel.

This is a sprawling hotel with beautifully maintained greenery, making it a pleasure to walk around the property. Just across the street, you'll find beach loungers, and the hotel itself boasts 3-4 different pools, which is fantastic for anyone who loves to swim. Our kids spent their mornings at the beach, and when it got too hot in the afternoon, they'd come back to enjoy the pools – they absolutely loved it. However, our check-in experience was not great. Our room wasn't ready until almost 4 PM, and since we didn't have a room to change in, our whole family ended up sitting around in the lobby for four hours, which was quite frustrating.

The location is perfect! Walkable to the shops nearby and the beach. The pool is also great. We enjoyed our stay here 😇

Absolutely loved the hotel breakfast! I'd have a bowl of noodles and two eggs every morning without fail. The drinks were also good, though the fruit was a bit hit or miss – only the watermelon and papaya were sweet. Still, there was a wide variety of options, and the staff were always smiling. No deposit was required at check-in, which was a nice bonus. The hotel's back entrance leads straight to Karon Beach, and the front entrance is right by the popular restaurant Vsteaks. There are massage places and 7-Elevens near both the front and back entrances. The street food stalls near the back entrance also serve up some tasty dishes, and the surrounding area has convenient transportation.
