Highly NOT recommended! We were treated differently throughout our stay.

This was the most uncomfortable hotel experience I've ever had.

When the three of us arrived at the hotel, a friend was just accompanying us for a short while, but the hotel surprisingly demanded that the 'visitor' hand over their passport. Later that evening, a female staff member even ran over to block our friend directly in the pool area, completely preventing her from going to the elevators. This physical obstruction was absolutely unacceptable.

What's even more outrageous:
To avoid further trouble, we later paid extra to add our friend to the room, but the hotel didn't check her passport, didn't register her, and didn't verify any information, which completely contradicted their earlier demands.
The whole incident gave us a strong sense of 'selective targeting' and disrespect.

Ultimately, the hotel manager did apologize and issued a refund, but it couldn't make up for the humiliation we felt at the time.

Throughout the process, Trip.com customer service was incredibly helpful, constantly following up and assisting us in applying for compensation, which deserves praise.

However, I will absolutely never stay at this hotel again, nor do I recommend other Chinese tourists to stay there. They are discriminatory and disrespectful towards us. I suggest removing this hotel from any recommended lists.
