Good location, easy walk to kamala beach. very spacious room. very happy with the staff and their cleaning service.

No extra toilet paper, broken furniture, locks DIDNT WORK, no soap, no garbage bags, landlord ghosted us on our complaints, all batteries dead in the aircon controllers, lights plugs were CUT OFF

Staff were super welcoming and service was extraordinary. We got a windowless room — saved some $$ but odd experience. Amenities are great and about a 15 minute walk from the beach! Great view from rooftop pool.

Stayed at a condo in January. It was very roomy and up to date but the downstairs bathroom reeked of sewage and there was no hot water. There was no coffee maker or other typical amenities and only the ac upstairs worked. Not great but conditions probably vary from unit to unit. The main pool was nice. The gym was kind of minimal. The restaurant looked bleak and empty. It was a 20 minute walk to the beach down a very busy road with no shoulder. If you want a cheap place and like to have an adventure it'll do but don't be deceived by the pics that portray this as a luxury property.

It is a very beautiful place! The project offers complete facilities, excellent security, and a peaceful atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation. The swimming pool is large and surrounded by greenery. The on-site restaurant is reasonably priced and serves delicious food. I will definitely come back again if I have the chance!

Nice an peaceful location. They have many options including pool villas, single rooms, single and multi room condos. A small restaurant, pool and gym.

Very nice place, great swimming pools, 10 minutes walk from Kamala beach and 15 minutes drive to Patong beach

Booked for seven nights in a pool villa but left after a night. Not clean, aircons old and noisy, no WiFi or cable TV on arrival (they did sort out the WiFi next day), pool not clean and the place had generally not been looked after at all. We could've lived with all this but two of the external patio doors couldn't lock and the front doors that did lock were broken into by a workman. My wife didn't feel safe so we had to leave. Very disappointing.

The spaciousness of the pool villa is breathtaking, the beautiful big pool, the air conditioning all adds on. the place can fit big families with covered private parking. The rooms are so big with walk-in wardrobes, desk and chair, TV and private toilets & showers. Living area can hold a party. Kitchen is huge with big fridge. 7-eleven is very close. Beach is a walking distance and good restaurants too. You can hear Athan as the masjid is 500 m walking distance. Staff hardly speak English but nice though. Super clean.
Its an amazing place. I loved it
However, pool isn’t really private. Nearby apartments’ building is exposing privacy and the next door villa also. the wifi is rubbish. You can only use whatsapp. The electricity policy is harsh.

Basic and backwards, insufficient toiletries and basics like toilet paper. Not all bathrooms even had soap. Not even complementary tea and coffee, sink to wash things in with no dish cloths or detergent. Grumpy curt staff in the restaurant. A bit like staying in Hades.
