We booked a specific room which gave us direct access to the pool. Unfortunately we got a completely different room that they tried to convince us was an “upgrade.” It was quite a disappointing experience for our honeymoon. We ended up canceling and booking at another hotel.

Wonderful family run hotel. We were allowed a late check in. The owners helped us book transportation to the Phuket airport. They take great pride in the operation and cleanliness of the hotel and suites. Thorough cleanings and good morning breakfast. Thank you for the great stay.

Lae Lay Suites offer incredibly affordable solutions to long term, short - medium term lettings. The owner and staff are amazing, friendly and very competent. From transport hire to laundry services everything is accessible here. I thoroughly recommend staying, there are so many good food outlets, shops and bars close by. The whole experience has been amazing.

Fantastic apartment-style accommodation in Phuket, perfect for a longer stay. The hosts are wonderful, always ready to assist in any way possible and making us feel really welcome. The location is close to everything you need and a short walk down to the beach. Super fast wifi in the room. The pool is gorgeous. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Very nice small hotel, friendly owner. Our large pool access room was great but bed quite firm and bathroom at the back small. Plenty hot water. Kettle, cups and coffee supplied Breakfast was included and more than acceptable, but do not expect the Thai dishes to be hot!. Poolside lunch menu too. Somewhat out of the way and up a hill so I would say a motorbike or car is essential to get to shops, beaches, and attractions.Parking on site.

Whoever rated this place 5* either stayed here in the early days or were bought. They charge 3% for credit card use; the rooms are only cosmetically ok (lots of issues lurking beneath) and the only pool has too much chlorine. TV reception also poor, as is lack of beach towels. Staff were apologetic but that's about it. Won't be back

School There is no security. There's no cameras there's stuff missing, and the thief broke into my bedroom in the middle of the night. no help. watch out.

It was convenient to walk to the two nearest beaches - Karon and Kata. Breakfast was included and quite tasty. The staff is responsive, but some of the rooms were flaws - had a rest in this hotel for three weeks, a week of which not booking a room, so settled in a different availability.

I like the Hotel very much. Staff very friendly, rooms clean and well equipped. Is cleaned daily. The only drawback is the steep way to the Hotel. Nevertheless, I'm going to live safely, more often.

"lovely little boutique hotel a short distance from the hustle bustle, the rooms are very modern quiet, spotless and so relaxing. The pool was only steps from our room which was such a delight, highly recommended. The owners and staff were wonderful .
