Hello, I would like to write a review because I found the accommodation really unsanitary and not at all like the photos shown. We found stains all over the walls as well as the sheets at the sockets, we could see electrical wires or holes..
At the glass door on the balcony, we could not see the day. So no insulation for noise and heat. I do not recommend this hotel at all, it is to be avoided.

The location is great, the beach is nearby, cafes and shops are also nearby. The service is top notch, they responded very quickly to all requests. The hotel is not wow, but it is great to spend the night. The advantages include a balcony and a spacious room.

Terrible service and attitude from the staff
the view from the pool area was nice
Terrible service and attitude since the check in , when we had a problem with the air conditioner ( leaking) they hang up didn't confirm or even say bye, when I went down stairs they said they hang up to call the technician. The pool area wasn't clean and the chairs were broken.

Room was disgusting, smelt foul and strange stains down all the walls. Dried noodles were on the floor when we checked in. Bathroom was even worse, ants all over the toilet seat and shower looked like it had not been cleaned in years.
We had a balcony but if you opened the curtains, next door can see straight through - no privacy at all. Walls are paper thin, could hear other guests all throughout the night. Looks nothing like the photos either, where was the pool?
Went to use the gym, turned the air-con and dust and mosquitoes blew straight out.
I would not even stay here for free.

DO NOT STAY HERE
The guy on the reception desk was incredibly rude, and I work in hotel management and I would never leave a bad review unless it was warranted. I have never seen such a rude, short unwelcoming person work on a reception desk. I fear if something bnb went wrong then you would have the same attitude with your booking.

We booked at the Dvaree Diva hotel and our reservation somehow got routed to this hotel (Laem Din). It’s good for what it is. It was pretty cheap, 500 baht for a room with two beds.
Pros: cheap, great ac, working shower, mini fridge, friendly enough reception.
Cons: can hear lots of noise through balcony doors, felt kind’ve dirty.

I've stayed here a couple of times thanks to the low prices they were providing a couple of years ago. The hotel was ok, but a lot of mosquitos in the summer. The reason I'm putting a lower grade is that it's so expensive nowadays. This is a maximum two star hotel, but they are charging like it's a five star hotel. There are so many better options i Chaweng.
