Great hotel with great staff. We were helped everywhere possible. Everything very clean. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Fresh delicious fruit. The Thai food for dinner was authentic and tasty (pretty sure no MSG was used fortunately). Jeen(?) in the lobby was always smiley and friendly. We will definitely come back. :)

Great location, calm hotel which is super important because the main street can get hectic. We didn't get breakfast, ratherenjoyed many of the restaurants that are in Chawang. The pool are is really beautiful, whole place is filled wity greenery. The bathroom can be enhanced with another towel rack, we only had one hook for a towel.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Chaweng Regent Beach resort and cannot recommend it highly enough. Our room was 203 and whilst the bathroom took my breath away, I would say that if you wanted a quieter nights sleep to stay further into the resort nearer to the beach. This is our second time to Samui and we loved every second of it. The hotel is stunning, rooms are great and the location is fantastic- beautiful relatively quiet beach but when you leave the hotel main entrance your right in the middle of the shopping location. Have to say this is best hotel I have ever been to in Koh Samui, the room is huge and the beach looks amazing. the beach is so clean, private, and so fancy. it’s too not expensive compared to the price as well. food is amazing. I def will have to come back

Loved staying at centara reserve. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, food was very nice and there was a wide selection. You can even take away coffee from the breakfast. Room is spacious as we got an upgrade from the manager Li. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 1 week in early February. Everything was superb. Breakfast was lovely with loads of selections. The room was spotless and regularly serviced. The reception staff were obliging and service was prompt. The pool area was always tidy. Overall a really nice week was had.

Fantastic hotel with direct access to beautiful part of the beach away from the  noise and crowd of the party area near Ark bar. Couldn’t fault this hotel it really was fabulous.

We had a pleasant stay at Hyatt. Having moved from a nearby hotel, we were happy to see how modern and clean the facilities were. Coconut drinks at breakfast buffet were a plus and the beach was small but cozy. The house keeping is poor, cotton bud was found in the balcony when we check in. Pest control is also poor, as the room is filled with flies and mosquitoes. Gym is clear and staff are in general helpful. The breakfast buffet is quick tasty.

Receptionist insisted on taking a photo of my bookings from trip.com from my phone's apps, although she has sighted my bookings from their own system and also photocopy my passport already. The hotel boasts a great location right by Chaweng Beach with nice views and attentive service. The evening fireworks show was spectacular. The only downside was the inconsistent shower water pressure, which kept fluctuating between hot and cold.

Excellent hotel. We stayed in the building near the sea. The gym was decent, and the breakfasts were good – both kids and adults found plenty to eat. The rooms were cozy and clean. The grounds aren't huge but lovely, and there's a shopping mall within walking distance.

The hotel looks quite new or maintained. The room are OK. Only thing is the aircone is horrible. I switched 4 times to annother temperature (25 degrees) , but öfter a while is was falling bakc to 20 degrees. So I woke up and was completely freezing and got a cough and cold.

The location is superb. The hotel is new and modern. The only thing to be aware of is that it's divided into two buildings. The second building is located across the street, and its views are vastly different and less desirable ☹️. Make sure to book the suites with a pool view, as the other building is, to put it mildly, quite disappointing! Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The trip went really well, I was only a bit disappointed by the room size and the breakfast discrimination. The rooms were just bigger than the bed, after having put a baby cot then then the room had almost no space to even open a second luggage, also there were no disposable toiletries which is generally a given. It's on the bigger side for an resort. Rooms are nice, clean and staff is nice as well. There are just a few things that I expected better at this resort. 1. Food of the restaurant is mediocre at best and takes ages to arrive. 2. Beach towels are always gone, sometimes have to wait two hours. 3. Lighting of restaurant at night is not really nice. This was my first time staying in a villa hotel with a private pool. Honestly, for a hotel of this caliber, there's no real need for a villa, especially since the hotel's main pool is also quite good. Over 3,000 a night is definitely too expensive. The biggest flaw with Koh Samui, in general, is that both the beaches and the sea are pretty mediocre.

We stayed for 6 nights in this great little resort with fantastic location. Quiet but close to the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and private. Spent part of our honeymoon here! Beautiful beach and excellent service! Our room had a sweet pool and hot tub. Chan did an amazing job helping us with adjusting our itinerary as needed! The rooms are nice and modern, good selection at breakfast good facilities but the major drawback is that the bathroom for us smelled like sewage (the smell you can smell walking through the streets in some places) reception were trying to say no bad smell - housekeeping did come up and sort us out temporarily with spray etc but the smell would always linger back especially after a shower….

Enjoyed our time here, the staff were friendly and let us check in as soon as the room was ready. Breakfast was decent, but the best part is the massive pool and all the loungers outside.

Melia was nice and cozy with an excellent selection of breakfast. The sunbeds are spread across the lagoon pool and nearly always available. The happy hour at the pool bar is also generous. The rooms however do feel a bit small and outdated compared to standard rooms in southeast Asian resort towns... the bathroom was also very small (bathtub is at the balcony so takes a bit of effort with the blind...

A fabulous holiday at the Meliá. The staff, in particular in The Level were so lovely. Choeng Mon is a great location for those wanting a beautiful beach, loads of great restaurant/food options, without being too busy. My husband absolutely loves this hotel! The beach access is super convenient, and the welcoming drink was a nice touch. Resort was really very amazing, upto the mark, full privacy and beach view was also good. It was a treat to eyes. We had a room with pool excess and we really enjoyed alot. Must visit with family.
