The room is very old. The room smells. The furniture is old. The bedsheets are not up to standard. I feel itchy while sleeping. I couldn't sleep all night. They used thin bedsheets as blankets. They should improve. It's not worth the price paid.

I stayed here for 4 nights! The staff were all very friendly and I felt at ease when I returned to the inn. The rooms are a little old, but they were clean and comfortable! I'd like to use this again if I go to Koh Samui.

Everything was fantastic, nice big room, good Wi-Fi, great pool, Lovely breakfast. Laura goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend. Also Sunny the dog is very friendly, and likes her hugs. Good for relaxing. Would also recommend Samui Elephant Spa for something to do for a morning or afternoon. In the area, It’s a elephant rescue sanctuary, so elephants are well looked after.

The hotel looks quite new or maintained. The room are OK. Only thing is the aircone is horrible. I switched 4 times to annother temperature (25 degrees) , but öfter a while is was falling bakc to 20 degrees. So I woke up and was completely freezing and got a cough and cold.

The location is superb. The hotel is new and modern. The only thing to be aware of is that it's divided into two buildings. The second building is located across the street, and its views are vastly different and less desirable ☹️. It's on the bigger side for an resort. Rooms are nice, clean and staff is nice as well. There are just a few things that I expected better at this resort. 1. A fabulous holiday at the Meliá. The staff, in particular in The Level were so lovely. My husband absolutely loves this hotel! The beach access is super convenient, and the welcoming drink was a nice touch. All the staff are really friendly and the breakfast is fantastic – you can even order off-menu items. The only minor drawback is that they don't automatically provide toothbrushes.

dont get me wrong, its a great and good looking party hostel and the staff are lovely, locations amazing but the public bathroom downstairs i had loads of dried in watery poo ON the toilet seat for literally hours as no staff went to clean the bathrooms, this was 9am btw as we were waiting to check in at 3pm. and u need to wear shoes in the shower as i dont think the cleaning staff do as good a job...

Amazing stay in the heart of Samui. It’s a nice, clean, center located place to everything you want, beach is just across the street and lots of restaurant/nightlife at walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they maintain good cleaning.

Location is good. Decently clean. Before you make the booking, be prepared not be able to sleep till 2AM because of the loud sound and vibration from next door club. If you are party animal then maybe it's a plus for you. In addiion, the sound proof is very poor between rooms so you know what it means when it comes to that .

A nice hotel in a central location. Close to a mall, shops and several attractions. We spent there two nights, one in a regular room and one in a better room. I must say that the upgrade was not that noticeable, and we didn’t fell the difference in the rooms. The pool is pretty small and can get crowded, but beach is super close which is amazing.

We spent just over a week at this resort. The location was perfect for us, close to most things, lots near by you can walk to. Rooms were decent, except the shower water will randomly go cold. Rooms were very clean, with fresh towels and beach towels provided daily. The staff was friendly, and the resort itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of plants, which I really enjoyed. Unfortunately, there were some longer waiting times when ordering drinks, but overall, the staff was very polite and professional. The beach was also lovely, and I would definitely come back.

Spent 5 days in this hotel. The rooms are great, comfortable beds and great AC. Pool is a bit small but very beautiful and inviting. Beach access is great and comfortable. The hotel is ok, but not 5 stars, is a bit far from the main street, and very dark to walk that way when it gets a bit dark, and the breakfast is very simple, at most like a 3 star hotel, so not worth the money we paid for this hotel in low season, and swimming is not possible in that part of the island either, too many big rocks everywhere, so you can only swim in the pool.
