The staff were friendly, the property was clean and well maintained, and the beachfront location was fantastic. The pools, breakfast, and overall atmosphere made the stay enjoyable

Staff are very helpful and friendly, if you have any queries or missing a towel or something else after room has been cleaned they rectify immediately

As soon as we arrived and checked in, we were warmly welcomed by Molly and K. Their hospitality immediately made us feel comfortable at home. The service was beyond words — warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring

Great Location for restaurants, Fishermans village, Phench Butcha stadium, International stadium (both Chaweng), The Elephant Sanctuary and lots more. Highly recommend a stay here if visiting Bophut or nearby

Great hotel very family and dog friendly. Plenty for the children to do with pool table , table tennis , child pool with slide, borrow games and books, internet is good and pc stations for your use

The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit small, especially if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. However, considering the affordable price and good facilities, it was not a major issue

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The location was an absolute oasis of calm and tranquility! We had a villa with a pool overlooking the sea which we used every day! Stunning beach which was very quiet and great for swimming

The food at the main restaurant was amazing, both breakfast, lunch and dinner. The tastes, offering and the quality of produce was truly outstanding. Lunch at the beach and by the pool were also great

We'd start the day by our pool in the villa, move down to the beach around lunch time and end the day by the fantastic infinity pool with an amazing sunset

We loved our stay at the Six Senses Samui and would love to go back. You could easily spend a week here without having the urge to leave the resort premises. The highlights for us were the variety of common areas

The only downside of the resort would be all the stairs, which were not fully ideal when travelling with a baby in a stroller. But the staff were again super helpful and accommodating

We were not as impressed with Dining on the rocks which is the more fine dining restaurant. We stayed in a hideaway villa, and loved both the interior and exterior

Nice location, scenic in the slope and swimming pool. The quality of the receptionists and housekeeping vary. Please note that this beach is rocky

Food: The food at the resort was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast with stunning sea views or a relaxing dinner by the pool, every meal was a delight

The variety and quality were outstanding. Rooms: Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The peaceful ambiance, cozy bedding, and breathtaking views made it the perfect place to unwind

Our stay at Nora Buri Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that made us feel instantly at home

As someone who is a cleanliness freak, I sometimes get my room cleaned twice in a day and I wouldn't want grief over it. They can't do anything about this but FYI the beach is not accessible

Since we arrived at Nora Buri resort and spa, the staff have been exceptional!!! A special shout out to Aung from ‘the barge’ and Lester from ‘Manora’ breakfast bar who were so accomodating and friendly, it really made our time at the resort very special! The food was lovely, the massages and staff from the Andona spa were lovely

The resort’s beachfront location means you can enjoy sunrise walks or evening strolls with ease. In terms of location, it’s hard to beat

The property is within walking distance of Chaweng’s main street, where you’ll find lively restaurants, bars, and shops

For more extensive shopping, Central Koh Samui is just about 20 minutes walk, making it incredibly convenient without being noisy or crowded

The centre was a 10 minute walk with lots of restaurants and shops. Overall a few things could change however I still give it a 5*

Amari Koh Samui offers a clean, spacious resort-style experience that perfectly balances comfort and convenience

One of its biggest highlights is the direct access to Chaweng Beach, a beautiful stretch of sand ideal for both relaxation and water activities

The hotel boasts a great location right by Chaweng Beach with nice views and attentive service. The evening fireworks show was spectacular

The only downside was the inconsistent shower water pressure, which kept fluctuating between hot and cold

Plenty of taxis outside and a family mart right on the property. They project movies on a large screen right on the beach at night. And have a great restaurant and bar setup if you just want to relax close to your room

If you book the beach front private pool , you get a small pool where you can order the floating breakfast. Friendly staff but the housekeeping is not 24 hours so get what you need before late night

One of the most beautiful resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The service from staff was consistently incredible, and the buffet breakfast was good. Would absolutely return to such a calm and picturesque location

Personal favourite was the but 1 get 1 free happy hour on the beach from 4-6pm every day!

Last but not least I would like to say a big big thank you to Nisa and Axel, who are some of the kindest people I know and loved to spend time with them! Hopefully I will see the two of you very soon again!

Exceptional hotel! Went with my wife and the hotel, service, food and activities are fantastic. Would definitely recommend! Bonus is all the food is halal! Perfect hotel for a romantic, luxury stay.

My dad and I stayed at the Ritz/Carlton spontaneously for a short one week getaway. And I have to give the highest praise to the whole team. Everything was lovely from start to finish

The property is very grand, here for the hotel offers a buggy service, which is very convenient! The pool area is also very nice, though the beach a bit less since the sand is a bit grainy

For our stay we booked a twin room with ocean view (we there were two fresh cocnuts witing for us!) and the room was absolutey fantastic. Now onto the breakfast, that was amazing as well

30 it might get a bit crowded and waiting times a bit longer, but we're talking about a few minutes here, so it really wasn't a problem

Amenities in the room beach bag/ flip flops , robes & mini bar with soft drinks Pools were clean Not a huge amount of sun loungers , 1 morning we spent at the pool people had put towels down but were no where to be seen and we couldn't get a spot in the sun

Pool is great and the beach is right (literally) in front of the pool. Had great massage while I was here. Staff are super friendly and kind

Amazing Resort! One of the Best of my life. Everything was excellent! The service was incredible and the break fast was delicious.

Hotel was in a perfect location for travelling around the island, yet still able to get a good night sleep & no outside noise. We opted for breakfast which had a great selection

The hotel environment is fantastic, no complaints there. They offer a free shuttle to Chaweng Beach, have three outdoor pools, and two gyms. I even spotted a big gecko 🦎, but it was quite friendly.

Room was very large large bathroom and with tasteful Thai furniture and decorations, with fruit and free minibar, shower took long time to get warm and water would completely wet the floortowel

I found that the QR code on the room's TV couldn't successfully add the front desk on WhatsApp. This same male staff member answered the phone when I called, saying we could resolve the issue the next morning

The villa itself was stunning, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort with breathtaking views. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options

Honestly, everything was perfect, and most of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our butler, Tak, was also incredibly thoughtful

My only complaint was that on the day we checked in, I wasn't sure if the person who checked us in and took us to our room was our assigned butler

One of the most stunning views I’ve experienced. From the staff, to the views, and the amenities, all top notch. I absolutely loved waking up to an infinity pool and a breathtaking view of the ocean each morning

After I pointed it out, he didn't offer any explanation, just gave me a new bill. He didn't apologize for the error, nor did he explain why this incorrect charge appeared on our bill

We had a pleasant stay at Hyatt. Having moved from a nearby hotel, we were happy to see how modern and clean the facilities were. Coconut drinks at breakfast buffet were a plus and the beach was small but cozy

One downside though-- We were away 10am-330pm on our second day and came back to the room to find it still not cleaned

Everyone was incredibly helpful and hospitable and the resort is absolutely stunning!!!awish yhe beach had more white sand,but we had an incredible experience!We will be back for sure

The biggest drawback of this hotel is the beach. It's not fine sand but rather a mix of pebbles and rocks. Firstly, it's almost impossible to walk barefoot on the beach, and secondly, swimming isn't an option

This hotel is not suitable for families who enjoy playing on sandy beaches or need to swim in the sea

Wow, ww love this hotel! Maybe it’s not just because of the beautiful, calm beach it’s located on, or even the rooms themselves — but mainly because of the incredible staff

From the moment we arrived until the very end, they went above and beyond to make us feel like truly special guests. Endless treats and small surprises — when we arrived, in the room, and even as we checked out

They make sure you have everything you need at all times, and the à la carte dishes are both delicious and beautifully presented. Our room was spacious, with an outdoor shower

Breakfast is served at the gorgeous restaurant by the pool overlooking the sea — and again, the staff there are just wonderful

We initially confused this place with another “Sela” hotel — there are a few with the same name in Koh Samui, including one in Chaweng and another one closer to the center

The hotel itself could use a bit of renovation, but the breakfast was excellent and the service was truly great — the staff are so kind and helpful

During our stay, we also got to enjoy the many facilities and activities organised by the resort, such as the gorgeous pool overlooking the sea, the private beach, kayak rental, beach tennis rental, muay thai class, live music at Sandal lounge, traditional thai dance for the end of day ritual and even a mesmerising fire show

As we had a family member celebrating her birthday, the resort was so kind to prepare a sweet message and cake for her, together with a token during our departure

The team at breakfast service (Khun Mint, Khun Pla, Khun Pop, Khun Benz and many more members whose names we couldn’t get) was very attentive and accommodating, even preparing a larger table for us everyday after realising we were a group

From the moment we stepped in, Khun Arthur and Khun Baimon introduced the resort to us and assisted with the check-in process

Clean, quiet on shoulder season. Good access to beach if you can climb a wall 😂. Staff all very polite and accommodating. Decor a little dated and shower water leaks into sink area but all still very nice

We had one of the Ocean Pool Villas for our stay. It was clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. The beach view and easy access to the beach was great

It was very relaxing to lounge by your private pool while feeling like you're on the beach. The majority of the staff are quite friendly and pleasant. Anything we asked of them was done without hesitation or fuss

The location of the resort is down the quieter end of Chaweng Beach which I didn't really mind, but if you want to be closer to the action you may want to reconsider

Rooms and nice and clean and well kept by room service. Facilities vary, could be better especially the gym, consistency across rooms, some had smart tvs some didn’t. Good location on a less busy part of the beach!

Stayed for 7 nights early September, weather superb! Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was a problem for them and no issues checking in and out

Whilst the hotel is a bit dated, and where I was staying was up a number of stairs, the rooms were clean and beds comfy. Rooms were serviced daily with fresh bath and beach towels

The downside as others have mentioned is that it is on the main ring road with no footpaths so it is hard to get to restaurants and shops without either taking a grab, braving the highway, or walking down the beach and cutting through another resort

Five night stay at Impiana in a sea view room. Location is at the quiet end of Cheweng Noi so many times especially early in the morning it felt like you had the beach to yourself

The included breakfast was excellent and the meal we had in the restaurant was also good. Other dining options are available at other hotels via the beach

We enjoyed having dinks and playing pool at the beach bar in between swimming in the ocean or pool and having a massage on the beach next to the resort

I would happily come back again

Great location on the beach and right in the heart of all the nightlife in Chaweng which is great. Although you're so close to all the venue, it was nice and quiet at the hotel.

A fantastic beach, perfect for swimming, is just a 10-minute walk to the right. The only minor downside was that upon check-in, we noticed a damp smell

It seemed to be coming from the towels, though, as after they were replaced on the second day, the smell completely disappeared

We stayed in two adjacent rooms, and in one of them, the water was only lukewarm. Currently (in August), this particular spot on Chaweng Beach experiences a very noticeable low tide

Great services, conveniently located near all local amenities and well-connected, with easy access to the sea. Breakfast was delicious, though it's a shame there was no chocolate spread.

A beautiful, well-maintained hotel. Delicious breakfasts are served in an open-air restaurant overlooking the sea. The rooms are clean, and the grounds are lush and green

However, a short 15-minute walk takes you directly to Lamai Beach, where you'll find plenty of beach restaurants and even a night market that I highly recommend exploring

Koh Samui has a lot of beautiful public beaches which are not crowded, it's not worth over-paying for an average room to get access to a beach

This hotel is well-located and offers a very good, high-quality breakfast. There's a wide selection on the menu, even though it's not an all-you-can-eat buffet

There's a beautiful view of a small patch of beach, though it's not really a swimming spot

Very nice hotel, nice rooms, clean.. right on the beach.

We did try the BBQ one night which was very nice except the cut and cooking of the steak is well below par- I believe a porterhouse for a BBQ would be a minimum cut to not look “Cheap”, the fish for the BBQ was superb and well made up for the steak

Thank you for a fantastic stay at the Fairhouse, the rooms are a generous size, the pools are great and nice that there is an adults pool and a children’s pool with slides, the location on the beach is also tranquil and perfect and the food and happy hours fantastic

The terrace also tended to get sandy and covered with leaves due to the wind, and it was difficult to dry clothes or towels outside since the drying rack was quite small and the wind was strong

They could do with some music on the beach in the evening when the live band stops playing

The beach in front of the hotel was a bit coarse on the feet so best to wear water shoes. The sand was yellow hence why it’s called Yellow Beach. This is Chaweng Noi so a bit different than Chaweng

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The pool next to the gym is magnificent. Having breakfast overlooking the sea is pure bliss. This was our second stay, and it's just as enjoyable as the first time

For the remaining five nights, we moved to a deluxe room in the apartment building. The room was slightly older in style, but it offered much more privacy, including a more comfortable balcony space

Beach service is second to none. Loungers on the beach, near the beach or next to pool. Restaurant has fresh fish per kg cooked to your liking every evening. Room Service was at 3pm every day as promised

Great stay for families at Chaweng. Very quiet (besides the airplanes which hourly fly direct over the property from 7am to 9pm which was totally fine for us) with big pools directly on the beach. 

We didn't stay at the resort but we went to the beach side restaurant attached for dinner. If you like seafood, the restaurant is incredible

the beachfront very nice, Yo can laydown in front of the sea, but under the shade of an amazing pergola. My favorite place in Ko Samui

Is a very good hotel with excellent service. The location is amazing, in the heart of Chaweng, but totally quiet at night

However, the shower, the water was either really hot or really cold, nothing really in between. The staffs are very kind and friendly. A lot of choice for breakfast

I had a great stay at this resort. We booked a Plunge Pool suite which was as expected (although slightly less private and cold!). The resort is well maintained and has a beautiful pool and beach access

The hotel is great, with an excellent location. There are also beach performances in the evenings. The service is good, and it's very close to the night market

It does stay lively and a bit noisy until after midnight, but overall, I'm very satisfied

And if you ever get bored of your own pool (hard to imagine!), you can head over to their huge main pool that also faces the beach. Perfect spot to chill and watch the sunset. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay

She explained the beach is currently undergoing repairs after a storm. A seawall of some sort is being constructed. However, the pool area is very nice and you can still access the surrounding shoreline

A 4-star hotel that honestly feels like a 5-star stay! We stayed in the beach bungalow and loved it — we had direct access to the beach and a private pool overlooking the ocean

We enjoyed our food very much. We had a fantastic massage at the spa, which was compensation for the beach construction. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had

The view was just incredible! We also tried the spa and had dinner at the hotel. The food here was surprisingly good — the chef really knows how to cook! Both dinner and breakfast were excellent

We spend 16nights, very good location. Privat beach acses , sunbeds and beach towers for free. Close to shops restaurant, bike rental. Every day cleaning Room, and 2x botlle of water, coffee.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotless but could do with some modernising. The location was very good for the beach. We found ourselves getting taxis to fishermen’s village- 25min drive.

Although there's no elevator, it wasn’t a big issue for me. The hotel is a bit far from Central Samui and the beach, so renting a bike is a good idea if you want to explore the island

Chaweng Beach is the closest, and it's a beautiful spot. I also recommend checking out Ark Bar—it’s a great place to chill, especially in the late afternoon or evening
