We do the only dinner at the Amari Even the reception and bell did not do the great service. have to thank you for Preecha to make our time special try their best to arrange us a table with very good service from F&B team. I not sure what position he is but he does his job with spectacular service mind and make good experience for customer. All food not fancy but it’s nice. Price is very reasonable

Nice hotel overall. The soaps in the room smell so good. The breakfast is one of the better ones with lots of selection and good quality. Some downsides maybe the beach, which is not the best for swimming. It is more like a muddy bay good for clamming. Lots of flies and mosquitoes at the pool and garden room areas. Fantastic resort in a great location. My wife and I booked The Weekender and was very thrilled with our stay. The resort is beautiful, the beach is stunning with many bars and restaurants right outside along the main street. Nice resort, location on the main road in Lamai. Resort is directly located at the beach. Swimming pool and beach are connected. Rooms were outdated and little bit small, but it was clean. We visited in the peak season, room was around 110€ per night.. I think the price is little bit too much. But overal perfect for our little daughter of 4 years.

Good hotel in a good location, pretty quiet and private place. There was verity of local and european dishes, tropical fruits and good coffee. We came here for our honeymoon as first stop in Thailand! Our ocean front villa with the pool is stunning and very clean! The property itself is a bit old. There are a few defects in the room. The gym is quite a simple and small one comparing to other Sheraton properties in the region. Very nicely placed hotel for walking in the busy street of Chaweng. Beach is very clean and due to lying behind the reef, very children friendly and no noise from the breaking waves. Only downside this time was the construction site next to the pool area making this not very useable.

Beautiful property with such a warm welcome stay. Staff in all sections are super nice and thoughtful. The main downsize of this is this hotel is the level tropical bugs. During my 3 nights stay i did not get a deep sleep i woke up since 5am because of the tropical bugs sound veryvery loud. We stayed at a bungalow in the rear and also right at the waterfront with direct access to the beach. Both experiences were great.

We stayed here one night and were very happy with the beach front location. The price was good (discounted for low season) and views were stunning. Room is a bit small but ok for a couple or just to use for sleeping and showering. Pool is also nice and the beach practically empty. The bar and restaurant were also an added bonus.
