Great hotel with great staff. We were helped everywhere possible. Everything very clean. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Fresh delicious fruit. The Thai food for dinner was authentic and tasty (pretty sure no MSG was used fortunately). Jeen(?) in the lobby was always smiley and friendly. We will definitely come back. :)

Great location, calm hotel which is super important because the main street can get hectic. We didn't get breakfast, ratherenjoyed many of the restaurants that are in Chawang. Melia was nice and cozy with an excellent selection of breakfast. The sunbeds are spread across the lagoon pool and nearly always available. The happy hour at the pool bar is also generous. A fabulous holiday at the Meliá. The staff, in particular in The Level were so lovely. The hotel boasts a great location right by Chaweng Beach with nice views and attentive service. The evening fireworks show was spectacular. The only downside was the inconsistent shower water pressure, which kept fluctuating between hot and cold.

Resort is amazing. Villa is clean and the staffs does an excellent service throughout your stay. Restaurants and breakfast buffet could be better though. 

We had a pleasant stay at Hyatt. Having moved from a nearby hotel, we were happy to see how modern and clean the facilities were. Coconut drinks at breakfast buffet were a plus and the beach was small but cozy. One downside though-- We were away 10am-330pm on our second day and came back to the room to find it still not cleaned... the staff was starting cleaning at 330 which felt very late and inconvenient...

This was a gorgeous place to spend Christmas. The pool, gym, and private beach are outstanding. The grounds are clean and comfortable. It’s about a 15 minute ride to the bars and 20 to the airport keeping it all close without the noise and disruption.

The hotel environment is nice, and the pool faces the beach. The breakfast selection and taste are also good. However, the hotel is located in the middle of a main road, so you need to be careful of traffic from different directions when driving out. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The pool next to the gym is magnificent. Having breakfast overlooking the sea is pure bliss. This was our second stay, and it's just as enjoyable as the first time.

This hotel complex seems old and a bit tired- but aren’t we all. My room wasn’t as clean as I’d like, with hairs from previous guests still being visible around the bath and on one of the towels. I had a very comfortable stay here nonetheless- the beds are big, the water is hot, and the setting is well thought out and beautiful.
