Great hotel with great staff. We were helped everywhere possible. Everything very clean. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Fresh delicious fruit. We had a pleasant stay at Hyatt. Having moved from a nearby hotel, we were happy to see how modern and clean the facilities were. This was my first time staying in a villa hotel with a private pool. Honestly, for a hotel of this caliber, there's no real need for a villa, especially since the hotel's main pool is also quite good. Over 3,000 a night is definitely too expensive.
