The hot water heater for the shower did not function properly. The water did not get hot. The room is very dusty and needs to be cleaned better. There were lightbulbs that need to replaced. Half of the room was dark. Do not add on the breakfast. It’s bland and there are very limited options to choose from. It’s way too overpriced.

Very friendly and helpful staff here. Enjoyed the rooftop pool, and the buffet breakfast (great omelets). Walking distance to Surin beach (10-12 min), with a 7-11 and or Tops along the way. Couple different restaurants close by, or you can eat upstairs in their restaurant. We also used Grab and ordered food In a few times.

Each room has its own secure wifi, rather than open wifi for the whole building. They do have unsecured wifi avail in the lobby and restaurant as well.

Truth be told, after reading the comments we were expecting a family friendly hotel. The hotel looked far from family friendly, more like a backpacking hangout. The place overall but especially the corridors were filthy. Rooms were very basic and not up to standard. Sorry but I was not impressed.

This is an apartment hotel with very spacious rooms. The front desk service was excellent, and having a motorbike parking lot was a big plus. However, it's quite far from the three main beaches, and there are traffic police checkpoints all along the way. If you plan to rent a motorbike and explore on your own, I wouldn't recommend staying here – you're guaranteed to get stopped by the police.

Nice hotel with friendly service. The pool was quite large with great views over Surin and Bang Tao beaches! The bar by the pool was closed in the evening, which was a shame, but it was off season. Coffee in the restaurant was good!

Another great stay with trh avenue. We were aware of maintenance work being done on the property but it would have been nice to have been notified that workers were going to be on our balcony on the last morning.

Had a great time here the roof top pool a big bonus great staff and the bar had happy hour 4pm to 7pm

Is undergoing low season renovation but there are some damages around the room , but generally is a beautiful place and the staff is very helpful and kind

The room is small but comfy. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop pool. Drinks and food are good and affordable.
