We recently had a wonderful stay at Outrigger Surin and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The highlight of our visit was definitely the team — everyone was incredibly friendly, fast, and professional. Their warm attitude and efficiency made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The water pressure in the room is poor and the AC is too noisy

I really enjoyed my stay at the Outrigger in Surin beach. The hotel is ideally situated in front of the beach and from a walking distance to some very nice restaurants and bars.
The highlight of my stay was definitely the hotel staff that was exceptional. Their kindness, sense of service and overall attitude towards the customers is second to none!
The food was also great, both breakfast and a la carte menu for lunch / dinner were delicious.

Thank you to all the hotel staff for their kindness and attentiveness. The hotel and its location seemed to be the best in Surin for us. We would have liked more variety at breakfast — by the end of the 6th day it became a bit repetitive. Also, one of the two rooms did not match the photos on Expedia: there was no mirror and no sofa. Otherwise, everything was good. We wish you further growth and improvement!

We had a wonderful stay at the OUTRIGGER Surin Beach Resort and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay.

The hotel complex itself is beautiful and feels brand new, with a modern yet elegant design. We stayed in a two-floor Grand Surin Suite and absolutely loved it. The suite had everything we could possibly need, with plenty of space, thoughtful amenities, and an extremely comfortable bed. The shower was spacious, with excellent water pressure, which made it a real pleasure to use.

One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is its location, right on Surin Beach, which is without doubt one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches in Phuket, with the best sunsets. Being able to step straight out and enjoy such a stunning setting was truly special.

The staff deserve special praise. They were consistently warm, professional and genuinely caring. We had a minor issue with spa availability during our stay, but the front team went above and beyond by arranging a treatment for us at a nearby spa, including a private transfer. This was handled with great care and kindness and left a very positive impression. Even small interactions stood out: every time we left the hotel, the traffic guard greeted us with a big smile and a friendly chat.

The restaurant food was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed it so much that we happily returned to eat there repeatedly. Breakfast, however, was the true jewel in the crown! Without question the best breakfast we had during our entire holiday. The selection was extremely varied, with a wide range of hot and cold dishes, pastries, fruits, breads, and more. Everything was beautifully presented, fresh and delicious.

Overall, the OUTRIGGER Surin Beach Resort is a true gem. We would absolutely recommend it and would not hesitate to return on future visits to the island. It has easily become one of our favourite hotels for a wonderful holiday destination.

Our stay at Outrigger was amazing, even better than in the photos! The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and feels like home from the start. Breakfast was delicious, with great variety and quality. Everyone speaks excellent English and is always happy to help. Special thanks to Golf, who welcomed us with a smile, explained everything clearly, and made sure we had everything we needed, and to Atips for being so professional, patient and kind with my luggage. The beach itself is serene, less crowded than others in Phuket, ideal for a relaxing getaway.

The resort offers a cozy, boutique atmosphere with tasteful tropical décor and friendly, attentive staff. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a balcony that added a touch of luxury. The pool area was a quiet oasis, perfect for unwinding after a beach stroll.

What makes this resort especially convenient is its proximity to local shops and restaurants—all within walking distance. You can grab a bite or do a bit of shopping without needing a taxi. Despite being so close to everything, the resort maintains a calm, intimate vibe.

Overall, Outrigger Surin Beach Resort is a hidden gem for travelers seeking tranquility without sacrificing convenience. I highly recommend it for couples, solo travelers, or anyone wanting to experience the more relaxed side of Phuket.

The hotel is starting to show its age, and the rooms are not soundproof at all – you can hear everyone walking by. It feels more like a 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star. On the bright side, the location is great, just a short walk from Surin Beach. The security guard was very friendly and welcoming, which added a nice touch to the stay.

We stayed in the Plunge Pool room at Outrigger Surin and loved it. The room was cozy and modern, and having our own private pool was such a bonus—perfect for a quick dip any time of day. It felt peaceful and private, which made it super relaxing. The bed was comfy, the AC worked well, and the overall vibe of the resort was laid-back. Great spot for a quiet escape, just a short walk to Surin Beach too. Would definitely stay here again.
