As expected of an Aman hotel, we had the best hospitality, the best views, and the best room. As it was our first Aman hotel, it had an antique feel, but the space was impeccable no matter where you looked

The meals we had at the hotel were also some of the best we've had ever - special shoutout to Chef Ploy and team for making the best focaccia bread, pita bread and chocolate cake we've ever had anywhere in the world- we loved the focaccia bread at dinner on our second night so much that they served it to us for breakfast for the rest of our stay, and even printed its recipe for us! Afternoon tea snacks...

Although we only booked a room for one night, the hotel staff extended our check-out to 9pm for our sea tour the next day. It was really warm and considerate. The hotel's hardware, software and services are all top-notch

Internet was very good, room modern and comfortable. Unfortunately, no view as the next building was only about one meter away which however was not a problem for us

We were not impressed at this, it's really not a good idea to have power next to a water source, so we didn't use the washing machine

There are supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, with delivery available. There is a kitchen, and the room had a slight odor, so some mosquito repellent liquid was provided

The room is quiet despite being in a busy area, and you can enjoy the sea breeze from the balcony. The pool water has a salty taste

The hotel is good in every way, they clean as they should, even if you hang a sign after lunch they will quickly come and clean, very polite people, understanding people, check-in was at 2:00 PM, but it turned out that we arrived at 10:30 AM, without a word we just checked in, 100 out of 10, service is better than 5* hotels,

Perfect little resort 1 minute walk to Kamala beach. It has its own restaurant and swimming pool. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. We love the Thai food from its restaurant

This is an apartment hotel with very spacious rooms. The front desk service was excellent, and having a motorbike parking lot was a big plus

If you plan to rent a motorbike and explore on your own, I wouldn't recommend staying here – you're guaranteed to get stopped by the police

One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is its location, right on Surin Beach, which is without doubt one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches in Phuket, with the best sunsets

I really enjoyed my stay at the Outrigger in Surin beach. The hotel is ideally situated in front of the beach and from a walking distance to some very nice restaurants and bars

The hotel complex itself is beautiful and feels brand new, with a modern yet elegant design. We stayed in a two-floor Grand Surin Suite and absolutely loved it

Kamala Beach Nice hotel Friendly staff. A complimentary breakfast, quality could be upgraded. Curtains need washing and grout around shower needs to be redone to remove mold and mildew

the toilet is in the shower?? So the toilet/surrounding area gets wet every time someone showers. No room to open your luggages. Windows are extremely thin, you hear every car and bike driving by at night

They put us in contact with a local business who provided a driver to see Phuket main attractions, they provided an excellent, quick and cheap laundry service, and they were always ready to help if we needed something

I stayed with a friend in a room for 6 people. Each bed has its own small shelf, lamp, socket. There is a locker for storing luggage in the hallway. There was also air conditioning

The room is big, the bed is a little hard, I told the lady boss and she immediately added a mattress, it is very comfortable. The lady boss is very nice, the price is worth it. I only write a review once every ten times

everything was perfect, location is top, 10 minutes from kamala besch with a roller, also 10 minutes to Patong, the staff is super friendly, the cleanness is also there. i would love to stay there again

She even delivered a stomach medicine from her personal stock on the last evening without extra costs. They also thought along with the excursions and the (im)possibilities of the diving options

The route along the coast to Kamela beach (out of the gate on the right and immediately right again along the 7-11) is a bit longer but super quiet and beautiful to drive with the scooter

Spent 4 nights here back in March. After 3 nights of heavy drinking and partying at Phi Phi Island I was looking for a quiet place to relax and recover. TV came with Netflix and YouTube

Would definitely recommend renting a motorcycle nearby if u plan to stay here

It's in a great location and the gardens are spectacular. I would argue it's a 5 star resort , it's more a good 4 star, it needs a little updating

They have petting animals activity at the hotel and you can feed them as well. The lady who make up our room, i forgot to remember her name, she does a very good job. We are coming back to this hotel for sure

Kat was fantastic in helping us with everything we needed. The airline lost our luggage on our flight in so we needed laundry service which was delivered neatly back in our room and quickly within the same day

One of our friends is also recovering from an injury in her leg and is on crutches and hotel staff have been extremely accommodating in booking us a room on the ground floor with poolside access and offering a buggy service to shuttle her around

Villa Baan Phu Prana is simply the best place I have ever stayed. I booked the place for me and 11 friends for my 50th birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint

They arranged anything we wanted, dinners, excursions etc and also made great restaurant reservations for us. We weren't easy guests, regularly changing our minds and they changed reservations with no problems

This was a fantastic budget hotel to stay in! Large rooms, great service from staff especially Patthuma who helped us book our tickets to tours, arranged for breakfast boxes and helped with all our queries

And when I was checking out I was taking the smart bus up to the airport and they were worried about me getting to the airport on time (they can sometimes be a bit late) so they had someone walk up to the bus stop about 100 meters away and make sure the bus came on time, and they were ready to get a cab for me if it was not - just extra special service you don't often get from a hotel front desk

Aussie pub for all the sports and they were more than happy to allow multiple sports on various screens. We went to Kabanis restaurant in Patong well worth a visit. Our room at the the Ratana was the sea turtle room
