Amala Grand Bleu Resort Hilltops in Kamala

My stay at the hotel was overall a very positive experience. Although the hotel could definitely benefit from a light renovation to refresh some of its spaces, the value for money is truly excellent. For the price they charge, the view alone makes it worthwhile, offering a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay.

The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff always willing to assist. The food was delicious and of good quality, while the in-room massage was a special highlight and a truly enjoyable experience. In addition, the room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax.

Considering the price, it is a very good choice, especially for those who appreciate great views, attentive service, and a well-rounded overall experience.

Beautiful peaceful resort , fantastic room with own private pool , room cleaned to high standard daily . Staff over the whole resort were exceptions and helpful , reception especially ! Breakfast catered for a whole range of tastes and was very tasty as was room service . We will be back .

This was the best start to our trip, just the two of us in a huge villa with ocean views and our own private pool. Spacious, clean, waking up to cruise ships on the horizon, quick room service for cocktails and food on the day bed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and my only complaint was that we didn’t have time to stay longer!!

This place needs to be renovated because that is only thing about the place that is not perfect. It is at a perfect location, absolutely lovely staff, & fantastic amenities, massage: available in rooms, laundry: they provide through partners, a car to/from Kamala beach & the mall, tourism disk for trips/adventures, Ice cream, welcome drinks, great breakfast that can be available in your room or on your pool, even If you think of renting a motorcycle: they have a partner that delivers/picks up the rental at the hotel.

If you want a place on the mountains with a picturesque view of nature, complete privacy, & don’t mind the somewhat outdated rooms, this is a great place with a great price.

Amala Grand Bleu Resort Hilltops is truly one of the best hilltop properties you can choose if you’re looking to spend quality, peaceful time with your partner. My stay here was nothing short of amazing, and it felt like a perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and nature.

I booked a private infinity pool villa, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The villa was super spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely luxurious. Waking up to the hilltop views and ending the day with a breathtaking sunset right from the infinity pool was an unforgettable experience. The views are absolutely stunning and make the stay feel very special and romantic — honestly, super cool!

The overall ambiance of the resort is calm and exclusive, making it ideal for couples who want to relax, disconnect, and enjoy each other’s company. The staff were polite and supportive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay throughout.

One small suggestion for future guests: since the property is located on a hilltop, if you’re very picky about food choices, it’s a good idea to carry snacks or essentials before check-in. That said, the in-house restaurant is available and convenient, so it’s not an issue at all.

Absolutely 100% recommend this hotel, large private pool on the balcony, big bathroom with a living space, kitchenette and soft bed. We had an ocean view pool suite and it was absolutely gorgeous. All the staff were so kind and accommodating, I have celiac disease and they offerent to make my meals separately (including breakfast which is usually a buffet). We had to taxi to and from the main strip if we wanted to go out but it was only a short and cheap trip.

The property has indian food options which i liked. It’s at a great location and the view from the room is amazing. The staff is very welcoming and cooperative all the time. A great stay all together

They provided us with early checkin. Staff was very humble. Food will be less spicy but you can tell them to add more salt and spices in your dishes. They views are exceptional. Buffet is very good if you are non vegetarian.
